napalmbaby
Hi As above I have £50 still left from LFCC in vouchers that I was hoping to use at MK but due to the very poor line up of guests I will not be attending to use them so I hope these will still be valid at a event next summer. LSM
I think you might be out of luck with that one. I thought that the vouchers were only valid for 2014 and will then be sold again to be valid for the 2015 events.
Queen_Sindel
As far as I remember the vouchers are specific for the calendar year, correct. EDIT: Are we talking gift vouchers from the online store you bought for LFACC or autograph vouchers you bought directly at LFACC? GoldenGreen
Gift vouchers definitely have a use by date which was by end of 2014.

Squirtchy
I'm guessing they're the vouchers you get by paying by card at the organisers booth?
napalmbaby
Yes mate all purchased from the desk at the show , the ones you use like cash when getting autographs
Queen_Sindel
I've double checked: autograph vouchers which you have bought at the sales tables at an event with your credit card can be used next year if necessary.
Queen_Sindel
The gift vouchers have been sold for the last 2 or 3 years. I imagine if they are being sold again they will be listed around the beginning of December. When they go on sale they'll be sold here: http://www.btowstore.com/epages/Store2_Shop1309.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/Store2.Shop1309/Categories

This means you have a gift voucher with expiry date, am I understanding this correctly? The correct term for the vouchers bought in the online store is gift voucher. If everything is called autograph voucher this gets seriously confusing.

It's not my call to make regarding exchanges or extending the date.
