Earendil
I love LoTR but none of my mates are that interested. So i have to go on my own is that really sad or are there other people going on their own too? Earendil Xx
DavidSimons
No its not sad at all. I went on my own to my first event. But I met loads of people there with similar interests to my own so now there's a group of us that goes. I'm sure you'll meet lots of like minded people at LFCC and have a great time. And yes, I'll be there on my own, standing for hours in the Brent Spiner queue!

hum3z
The thing about an event like this is that it doesnt matter if you are alone. There is no stigma attatched to it where there may be somewhere else. Hell, people walk round dressed as batman and people dont bat an eye lid. And besides, I think that is down to the fact that the most part of us are loser geeks anyway...
