*Waves* Hello! I had my pic taken with some other Riddlers too so we may have met :)

I was The Riddler on Saturday :)

Don't worry about it, plenty of people go in costume so you wont look out of place at all! I'll be going in costume myself (as the Arkham City version of the Riddler). Have a look at this thread here: http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=70390 :)

I thought I'd start this topic as I've come back from so many cons and seen the phrase 'I wish I'd taken a picture of xyz'. Or seen pics that would have looked so much better if the cosplayer in question was looking at the photographer and not say, eating their lunch. I know a lot of people are shy and find it hard aproaching strangers or are worried about asking. Thing is, the vast majority of cosplayers are very friendly aproacable people are are perfectly happy to pose for a photo when asked (I know I am ). You'll get a much nicer picture out of it too! Hope this helps at least a little.

Probably about 90% done and trying not to panic, hehe :) Still got my jacket sleeves to paint and my armband. @spikesteve Awesome stuff! I'm doing that costume too, we'll have to get a picture together :)

Aww she looks awesome! I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's costumes, we should get some really good pics. Should get my costume finished in the next couple of days, I'm getting to the point where I'm seeing question marks in my sleep!

If you haven't got a) a fair bit of cash and a registration with the UKARA you wont be able to get a replica pistol (ie airsoft or de-activated/dummy weapon). You may be able to find a legal copy (that is one that has a significant amount of bright colour on it to distinguish it from a real firearm that you can poses without a licence) but they are hard to come across. A company used to produce a resin replica but I dont think they stock them anymore. If you try searching for Indiana Jones resin Webley you might just get lucky. Hope this helps!

I hope you do! I've been re-playing that game lately and literally was only thinking a few hours ago 'A guy should totally do a good Arkham City Riddler cosplay." ;-) And yay! Darth! Well it seems to be coming along OK at the moment so fingers crossed! (I'm a girl btw, but make a very good guy, or so I'm told :) )

If I get it finished on time I'll be going as The Riddler (Arkham City version).

If it turns out I can go (and fingers crossed I can!) I'll most probably be in my Gwen Cooper outfit (Season 2/CoE version) Would love to air my Jack costume too but someones still got my braces! :)

If I can make it I'll be cosplaying. I do Ianto, Jack and Gwen so will wear at least one of them. Though I dont think I've cosplayed Jack at a Hub since 2! Jack: Ianto: Gwen:

I'll be there on Sunday as Rose Tyler (in her Empty Child/Dr Dances costume) with my 9th Dr (having FINALLY pursueded him to do it!)

All you have to do is ask nicely. Just try not to be too disappointed if they say no (which some will for a variety of reasons, for instance there have been guests in the past who have requested not to be touched at all during shoots.)
