Breaking down on Monday night

Just a quick recomendation for those helping out on Monday night.

The tables that we will be moving are heavy and have lots of splinters. you will be very tired and the work will be hard.

I recommend that anyone wanting to help with this task purchases some strong gloves from somewhere like Homebase, Robert Dyas or some other DIY shop. You are ideally after some strong builder/rigger gloves, that will protect your hands. Gardening gloves will be too weak and will not provide adequate protection.

Thank you.

Or.................could do what I did at C5.

Break your back lifting the tables, gets lots of splinters but do it all with a smile on your face :D

come on though, it's part of the experience :o

Go to C7, have a great time, get some splinters :(

This safety advice follows after an incident at LFACC2 when I was subjected to an injury in the line of duty..... :D

I had a injury to top of my finger/nail....but healed nicely after 2 weeks.

So take the advice and take care for yourself and fellow colleagues.

regards

Jeff ^_^

Hi Jeff!

That "little incident" was what prompted me to put up the warning. Glad to hear your digit is okay.

Hope to see you at C7,

Paul
