Had it not been down to that damm thing they call full time work! I would of been with my second family crewing and thanking my many loyal fans for there gratitude.hehe But I'm glad to note that gratitude has been showen for my great colleagues: Megan,Bigpants,wicawise,troy,smish and lets not forget the sex kitten that is Yvie. Then again everyother crew member brings something to the party in making the event a success because we know that we all wish to be treated the way we treat the attendee's and that's why it look's like everyone had a good time. I appreciate that the police are aware of the location of C8 but it has to be said that this should not detract from the fact that should a Report be made of a Weapon in a public place be made........the police have to treat and respond to a potential threat even if it is innocent. So be prepared for the potential consequence. other then that have fun and enjoy.

Hi guys, hope you r all well and looking forward to C8. It's been a while since a post on the forum.....and I have to say this topic is crazy. As pointed out by a few of the crew members I have worked with over the past 2 years.....if the guest offers a freebie then smile and thank them but don't take advantage of the good will or nature shown by the guest. Because this can have an adverse effect! as guest's do speak to each other and if they feel they have been taken advantage of they will not attend future events. The guests are mindful that we the fans keep them in a job....and attending these events is to say thanks for that. This safety advice follows after an incident at LFACC2 when I was subjected to an injury in the line of duty..... I had a injury to top of my finger/nail....but healed nicely after 2 weeks. So take the advice and take care for yourself and fellow colleagues. regards Jeff
