Just going through the UCAS stage at the moment have applied to Bournemouth University, Bournemouth Arts Institute, Manchester Met, Leeds Met, York St John and De Montfort - unfortunatley i got rejected from Manchester Met and today i found out i got an interview at De Montfort - however i would really really really like to go to Bournemouth Arts Institute, this is all to study Film Production or media

i agree with nicky, i am studying law and the law says that 'the unlawful application of force constitutes as a battery' a battery can be a mere touch or a smack - so yes i feel that it is violence as hitting someone in the face would be violence which also constitutes as a battery, jus because one is less serious than another doesnt make them less violent as each other.
