  1. OMG THE TARDIS! I am definitely going to take lots of photos of that. Can we pose in front of it?
  2. We're not coming until after 11.00 when it's cheaper to get in, I remember last time we arrived at 10.45 and stood around outside for 15 minutes in our Star Trek uniforms and people took photos of us :)
  3. I voted for Claudia Black, but to be honest there are so many guests this time it's hard to choose a number 1.
  4. Five days to go now.
  5. WOW, All of the Goodies together :) I don't think I'm going to have enough money for all the autographs I want this time, too many quality guests.
  6. Don't tease the guests DavidB you're supposed to be a moderator after all.
  7. That would be so funny and I'd love to see them. But they are nothing to do with sci-fi or comic books.
  8. I never got round to seeing him, there was a queue so I was going to go back later but it slipped my mind. I never even saw him from a distance.
  9. I did see some Halo figures on one stall amongst a lot of other stuff, they were all the same and were coloured blue. I love those faries and pixies. I saw two stalls that sold loads of manga comics but I couldn't find any Evangelion stuff either.
  10. The guy in yellow is my brother and I think the uniform is a bit too tight.
  11. At prevous shows there was a stand that sold poster pictures, the kind of pictures that were really posters stuck to cardboard, and you could blue tac them to the wall. I liked those and they never had any this year. There was a stand seeling DVD's but they were just the type that can be bought anywhere. How about anime DVDs or rare DVDs of old movies or imports that you can't buy over here. The first show I went to had a Red Dwarf stand and the cast of Red Dwarf were doing signings at the same stall. That was good because you could buy some Red Dwarf merchandise and get them to sign it for you straight away.
  12. I saw the other Patrick Stewart and the David Tennant Dr Who. I was dressed as Picard (but look nothing like him) but the other one was brilliant.
  13. I saw tha Ewok walking along with the Alien. It looked so strange to see them together.
  14. I always frame mine and put them on the wall together with the photo of me getting them signed. Obviously this will become impracticale when I run out of wall space.
  15. It was tucked up in the corner near the castle where they did the battle re-enactment.
  16. That's not fair, I'm sure the cutey little girl wants a photo too.
  17. Michael Gross was nice and friendly, he also was surpised when I picked up the Family Ties photo him to sign and he said "At last, a Family Ties fan." :)
  18. Does anyone know the names of the models on the Guild Wars stand? I always like to know the names of people I have photos of.
  19. I went as Picard but there was another man there that was a spitting image of him. I met up with him and lots of people took our photo but I stupidly forgot to take a photo of him myself. Has anyone got any photos of him or if you are him can you post some photos? Here is a photo of me and other Star Trek cosplayers.
  20. ooooo, looks like you have a crush on someone. I'd doubt if she'll respond though even if she does use these forums.
  21. I do partially agree with Starhunter. As soon as I arrived I noticed how dim the lighting was. I filmed the battle re-enactment and the dim lighting mad it unwatchable. I expected that the queue to see Patrick Stewart would be large as it had been with Brent Spiner at a prevous show. I was annoyed that I never got to meet Patrick Stewart but I did half expect that, so I wasn't too miffed. The layout of the show was messy too compared to Earls Court 2. Also the men's toilets were tiny. It was still a good show though and I chatted with Michael Gross and he was so nice. There were a lot of Star Trek cosplayers that I chatted with and it was excellent fun.
  22. Wow, those pics are great :)
