I second this. Third I think Showmasters would make bucket loads if they had their own credit card system... i.e allowing people to pay monthly or in parts for tickets but earning interest on them. I doubt it would happen but still would be fun if you could walk into a shop and say "Do you accept Showmasters"

I guess they go by the success of previous ones, the ET con's so far have been run every february and October so I would imaging if they were going to do an ET5 in Feb 2011 they'd announce around August ? I'm guessing obviously ! I think if your wanting to go to ET5 you can always start saving now anyway, no harm if ET5 happens your sorted financially and if it doesn't... well you've saved money, no harm in that xx

There's normally quite a few groups that go for food etc on the Friday before things start up, that's always a nice way to know people too :) xx

Eh, maybe they are totally different people behind the scenes. lol I thought the same till I saw him last weekend, he's far from shy... I think we must have scared him at ET3 xx

I wouldn't complain if either of them were announced they were fab at previous ET event, but to be realistic the hype around the "Cullens" is ridiculous and in my opinion makes the event boring when it's all too "secure" like no hugging, no personalised autos all that kind of stuff which tends to come with the popular guests. If I had my way I'd rather have guests that are in a position to get involved with us all more xx

... on the other hand though, if Hillywood happened to be attending another event in Europe then the cost of travel from there to UK would be considerably less and so could be seen as a possibilty still for future events ?

There are reasons behind the maximum occupency per room, which are normally fire safety and insurance purposes (don't quote me... but I'm pretty sure thats close). If you look at this page it will tell you the max occupancy for each room type: http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/BHXM...commodations.do Seems as though it's the executive rooms that have the higher occupancy allowance :)

I think hillywood are good at these type of events because they tend to be a good filler for those times when the main guests are on a break etc. Having said that, the cost of bringing over the hillywood cast which would be at least 5, or 6 if you include the new jacob guy... so thats 6 plane tickets... the money needed for that could pay for another cullen if you look at it from a cost effective point of view. I would love love love them to attend, they're great fun but can see why SM wouldn't... maybe if they were already in Europe it could be pulled together though :)

Hey <-- just wanted to say hello ! I'm in London too, if your worried about travel its not really that hard... it took me an hour from Euston so you could leave after college and still get there in time, and come back on the sunday night x

Aw, sorry my reply wasn't aimed at that post in particular x Just a general comment based on what I'd read through this whole thread.

Do you know what gets annoying when these feedback threads get abused? The fact that people seem to fail to recognise just how much work goes into running an event like this. I know its semi drummed into us that it's not easy, but it really isn't... and on top of that the crew, guests and other SM staff are all only human not robotic creatures programmed to perfection. If I'm being blunt I think people need to lighten up, the guests were fantastic, the parties with the bouncy castle especially looked like great fun (I didn't get on ). If people want to be negative, go ahead but I think sometimes there's a very fine line between giving constructive criticism and getting personal with people/guests/staff. I for one have had times at SM events that I may not have enjoyed as much as others but still appreciate the effort put into these events and can't wait for ET4.
