Don't fight in front of the guests When Sean Astin was last at Collectormania me, my friend and her boyfriend were in the queue. They were about to go up when they had a slight scuffle over who had the camera and she said something loudly like 'You take it, you t**t!' Astin looked up, he must have overheard. Doh!!

Not yet and even then they can change in the week leading up to it, so I never trust anything til I get there Should have something in the FAQs about it...

I think this idea would confuse people, especially the normal shoppers who might get an auto on the spur of the moment. Instead of going up to the guest, they have to walk halfway round the centre to find the ticket dispensers (and we all know how long the centre can take to walk at times...) and I think that would lose a bit of business

I know, it's quite easy to get round there in a few hours or less, which is a real annoyance if you've travelled quite far and aren't up for a long train ride back straight away (I speak from experience lol). What I meant was that's it's easier to have a nice, non-rushed day strolling round the compact MK centre with plenty to do if you're waiting long (which is very possible with the popular guests), rather than to get fed up with stalls and have to leave early because you can't get everything done on time or you're bored. That's why long VQ tickets aren't a prob. for me as I find there's lots to do. Obviously waiting isn't ideal in your situation, but I'm afraid it's not much hassle for me and as someone on a permanent budget at these events, I would not pay a bit extra for someone just to see them sooner.

Waiting around isn't too hard. If you're fed up of the stalls, no worry. It's not like shows at the n. e. c. where you're stuck in the middle of nowhere, at least in MK you can go round the shops, visit a cafe or restaurant, go watch a film, do your weekly Waitrose shop, go back and watch telly at your hotel for four hours, go round a few more shops, sit in the library, if the weather's nice get outside and explore, or sit in pub. Autographs are an optional extra

I thought it was a good episode, although smacked a little of 'Quick nearly the end of the series, let's put in all the characters everyone knows because we can't be bothered to think of some more.' :) Mickey, Daleks, Cybermen, and half the ex-cast of EastEnders lol. But despite that I thought it was pretty exciting, and I'd like to see what happens

He seemed pretty sweet, although I got all shy and didn't know what to say to him :)

I'm guessing it would be useful for guest cancellations eg Christopher Lee, as many people are annoyed they couldn't find out earlier when the forum was down. Also good when big guests are announced or a new event has been organised, but I'm happy finding this stuff out over the forum a bit later. I wouldn't want guest updates though, there are so many of them and there's usually a lot I haven't heard of... don't want to pay a few pounds every few months to hear of some old randomer that I wouldn't want to meet anyway...

Don't be so selfish!! The guy's hurt. And he's not as young as he used to be, therefore will probaly take longer to recover. A bit annoying for people only travelling to see him, yes, but I'm sure Showmasters will try and bring him to another one to make up for it.

I'd like to meet Elijah, but can't say I'll be fangirly about it! Prob. just as nervous as when I usually meet guests I've got a few hobbit autos could do with this one too as I missed him when he was in MK a few yrs back. Would like to see Mr Lee, but as a casual buyer and not a major collector the price tag is way too high.

Check out the Young Knives, the Pipettes, New Rhodes and the Pigeon Detectives. TYK are a nice angular indie band, new single 'She's Attracted To' is out now. Pipettes are cute girls dancing 1950s style to pop. New Rhodes are a bit rockier, but a great band. And the Pigeon Detectives are highly recommended by the Kaiser Chiefs themselves... doesn't come much better than that surely! Plus the Research, cute and sugary with a hint of melancholy and toy keyboard. also singer Russell the Disaster is great and really sweet :)

We took out two teams that we're pretty sure won't win (Togo + Trinidad/Tobago) then drew three teams out each. I got Spain, Iran and Ecuador. The guy who organised it got Brazil... was worse in our London office where the guy who organised it got Brazil, Germany and England or something just as good... there's some angry ppl in that office lol

I'm hoping for Iran, Spain or Ecuador. Then I will win the office sweepstake

Sylvester McCoy. He's the one I grew up with. But of course Paul McGann was the best looking :) and Tom Baker's great...

My favourite episode so far, Exciting and genuinely scary in places... guess there are kids everywhere terrified at some of the scenes. Toby's great. I miss the Tardis :)

I get nervous as soon as I step in the queue. Usually plan the first thing I'm going to say to them, but when that's done I usually make a stupid comment or just stand there and go red. Next time I might write a conversation on the back of my hand or something so I don't just stand there looking thick :)
