  1. As far as I'm aware they don't usually provide the timetable with the packs. They should have up to date timetables displayed around the floor, particularly by the info desk so if you want, just stop by and compare to see if there have been any last minute changes.
  2. You should be able to buy tickets for any activity at the event as long as they haven't sold out.
  3. I did look forward but it leapt straight to 8amish for the next train.
  4. The Last Starfighter - 60 Goodfellas - 10 American Graffiti - 30 Slap Shot - 50
  5. Trainline also says the last train on Saturday from Birmingham international to Birmingham New Street is at 11.49PM.
  6. Did you have to make sure the angle was perfect and come back in the window?
  7. Yes, please. It is always easier for everyone involved if those needing extra help go through first in one Group. Great thanks, will do. That negates all my clashes bar one, where I'll have to go to the second Wil Wheaton session on Saturday (I'll be at the DS9 talk during session 1). Just identify yourself to the crew on the queue when you get there Rob and they will try to slot you in.
  8. If it's the same set up as at Sherlocked they will have the items on display beforehand but there wasn't the option of pre bidding as far as I'm aware, you had to be in the room to bid.
  9. Probably best to look on the NEC site to find that out as that's nothing to do with the event. However at other events when you have thousands of people attending even if they do have wifi it's almost impossible to get on anyway.
  10. Technically you can't swap or transfer. The best thing is to speak to the sales desk at the event as soon as you can on Friday, show them your tickets and see what they can do. Is your clash that bad, there's no way of doing them both? If it's between 2 shoots it's usually solveable.
  11. I'd like to know the answer to this too. I'm batch 7 and my friend is Batch 5. We are only coming to get a photo with Shatner and see Shatners World. So ideally we would do the afternoon session, then go to see Shatners world. That way we wouldn't have to arrive until the afternoon. I've replied to Minuialeth, but your situation is slightly different. As batch 7 you will probably be in the afternoon session anyway, but your friend can go through after their batch has been called so if you both want to do the afternoon session that should be fine.
  12. Other than checking it nearer to the event and keeping an eye on the threads for any posts, not really. The mods may post if it changes but it could be posted in any associated thread if they do. It's also worth checking the printed schedules that will be around the Hall on the days in case there have been any overnight changes.
  13. Then it could be a problem as the morning session ends at 10h20 and I have a bridge photoshoot with Marina Sirtis at 10h25-10h50 and I'm batch 1 for that one. Would it be a problem to just go at the second Shatner session even if my batch has already been called at the morning one? Going to the second one will be fine but it's entirely doable if you do want to do it in the morning. Go to the bridge shoot and then just go to Marina's after and join the end of the batch 1 queue if you want to, there wouldn't be an issue with that way around. Guests should be signing non Star trek items, the usual rule applies that if it's nude/semi nude or if you know the guest doesn't like signing items from that film/show it's advisable to take a second back up item but I don't see any issue with BTTF stuff. He signed lots of them at LFCC last year and they have BTTF pictures for him in the Destination pre orders. The organisers haven't said at any point that it's Trek only and I know at Sherlocked I've had non Sherlock items signed with no problems.
  14. At least you read the FAQ Minuialeth I think that you will either be at the end of the 1st session or the beginning of the second. You can go either check to see where they are at the end of the 1st session or just get there for the start of the 2nd and I think you'd be ok. As the set shoots aren't generally included in the package's (Apart from the Admiral) you won't have the package holders automatically in front of you so batch 6 is entirely possible for the morning session seeing as it's not a short one.
  15. Is it that bad Count? I have to admit it's not something I usually think about. I suppose it's a bit easier for female attendees as there's less of an assumption/thought of possible 'inappropriateness' - I didn't even think anything of putting my arm around the guests backs in the photo's and even plucked up the courage to ask Rupert for a hug. Wish I had asked Andrew as well. There's only been 2 people for whom I really was conscious of it - the first being Benedict simply because I am aware there has been inappropriate behaviour towards him in shoots before. I still put my arm around his back as he seemed fine with that (he was opening him arm to 'encourage' us in and wrapped his arm around us so it seemed a natural pose) but made sure to keep it high up and away from his waist. The only other person I've ever really been conscious of it with is Louis. I'm not personally comfortable with interacting with children/teen guests at events so chose not to have my photo with him for that reason - I know they take appropriate measures with the younger guests and usually enforce a 'no touching' rule in the shoots but still I chose not to have it done. Maybe if he's there next time I'll reconsider it as he'll be a bit older. I did get auto's from him this year but didn't last year for the same reason. On another note I have about 3.5 hours to waste tonight after work before I go to a show so I think I'll pop to John Lewis and see if I can find a nice frame for the Sherlock wallpaper sections I bought this year.
  16. They won't comment on guest negotiations trekman. It's always possible that guests will be added right up to, and occasionally during, the event but it's not something they will discuss. If they have a guest to announce they will just announce them as soon as they can and not before.
  17. Colour me purple but what is hover handling? I wasn't in the last talk on Sunday but didn't Jason announce there would be another one? Also if t=you look at the brochure on the inside front page it says they will b announcing news in 2016 about the next one.
  18. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can't vote as I haven't seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen any of these films!!!!!!
  19. Note that the non Star Trek images don't have the Destination logo on them. I like the Wil Wheaton BBT ones. Even though they have spelled his name wrong And listed them as Stand By Me even though they are Big Bang
  20. It's hard as you'll only know when you get there really! You can get an very small sampling of some of the images that will be available, and the Destination logo that will be printed on them from the pre order site http://www.showmasterssales.com/homepage/cat_1244291-Destination-Star-Trek-50.html
  21. Probably the second shoot, so you could go for 2.50 and see where they are, they may be near to starting to queue your batch. But if you aren't doing anything check towards the end of the first shoot to see where they have gotten to and that will give you an idea of where you will be in the second shoot.
