Kingrichard, my photoshoot tickets had the 'Signed For' label ripped off the envelope and were posted. The address was nearly ripped off in the process. Some postpeople are just lazy

Bring the confirmation page from when you ordered them, the one showing that you paid for them and which ones you ordered. Bring some photo ID too. Take these to the organisers booth and explain.

Yeh I work on the same principle. That way if they are announced again if helps narrow down the choice of who I want to meet and saves money the next time round

Having not done a signing event since G-Mex 4 and loving Star Trek Voyager and Patrick Stewart, I am getting more and more ecstatic with every passing minute.

I think you'd be better off speaking to the crew member at Kate's shoot and letting them know you have Linda's coming up shortly, then they can probably bump you closer to the front of Kate's queue so you get out quicker. :) I agree with Mev. Tell the crew member at Kate's photoshoot that you have Linda's coming up and they will try and help with Kate's to get you to Linda's on time.

Yes. its roughly the same. They split it up into morning and afternoon for each day. Timings might change as we have more guests for ET4. The schedule itself is usually posted about a week before the event on the forum but there will be one printed in your registration pack that you get when you arrive at the con.

You basically have tea / coffee with the guest you choose to have the encounter with. There is the guest and 12 attendees and you just sit and chat with them for about 45 mins. 10 places at the encounter are auctioned off over the weekend and 2 are raffled off PS the auctions are silent and there is a sheet put up somewhere - 1 for each of the guests

I know this sounds like a silly question but do you just collect all the VQTs you want on the way in? There are a few that I want, and I know they are going to be popular, so do you collect all the ones you want on the way in or are there seperate areas / queues for certain guests? Havent needed to get VQTs for guests before as they have either been open queue all day or I have waited. I know the guests I want to see may not go open queue so I am getting VQTs to ensure I meet them

The opening ceremony usually starts around 7.00 / 7.30pm. The dealer's room, where you can buy all sorts of merchandise, opens around 4. Gold drinks reception starts at 8ish and the party at 8.30-9, as far as I can remember. I have so much fun though and a lot of wine at the drinks reception that I hardly pay attention to the time lol If you have any questions at all, just ask. We are all a bunch of friendly people here and we will try and help as much as we can :) EDIT: just found the schedule for ET3. SM never confirm what pictures they will have to be signed. If there is a specific picture you want to get signed, you might be better off to source it yourself to avoid any disappointment at the event. From previous experience they usually do have a good varied selection for the guests but it does take them quite a while to find decent images, sort out any copyright issues and print enough off for the event

So everybody is £5 pound extra to order autographs? Does that mean Patrick will be £20? Also those aren't the pictures being used at the event are they? Some of them aren't the best pictures in the world. The price for Patrick's auto hasnt been confirmed yet. Personally, Im expecting to pay around £25 anyway. It could possibly be more - look at William Shatner at LFCC, £35 for his auto

Photoshoots are usually ready to collect on the day, within a few hours of the photoshoot itself assuming there arent any problems with the printing. It will cost approx £2 to send to you if you cant pick it up on the day for any reason. Anybody please feel free to correct me if Im wrong

I just want to pass on a MASSIVE thanks to Jason and the SM team for getting us Patrick Stewart and all the guests for CM16. I think you have managed to pull of the best event yet. Every event you seem to surpass the last one. Again, MASSIVE thanks. Im sure Im speaking for everyone when I say this!

Only if Patrick cannot attend the Saturday. If he can attend the saturday and you decide you want your photoshoot on the sunday instead, I think you would either have to stay on the saturday or buy another ticket for the sunday. Id get a mod to confirm

Yes, that is correct. Anybody who has already bought photoshoots with Patrick and he doesn't end up attending on the Saturday can either have a refund or have them transferred to the Sunday.

I think they get refunded automatically by the office but a mod should confirm before you take that as fact.
