I have red doors! I'm now mega excited

I asked back in February if I could swap Cardiff March to Cardiff winter as my father in law had passed away. I too got an email back within a few days saying to give them details and they would see what they could do, due to the circumstances it should be ok. So I emailed the details. I heard nothing back, I sent one chaser email but i didn't chase it after as we had other things on our minds as you can imagine. I would have preferred if they had just said no straight away, as I changed the hotel dates when the email was so positive. Therefore loosing out on my travel insurance which could have covered it.

My main concern is that I don't actually know if my tickets are in the queue. I know what's in the faqs, but I just don't understand the reasoning behind it.

Ok I'm officially starting to get annoyed. I paid on the 21st June, money has left my account. This thread started 1st July saying tickets we here on sale. I've asked quite nicely if I need to do something with my order, I've emailed to make sure my tickets are ok I have booked a holiday, a weekend away, a train journey, another 2 cons since 21st June and all my tickets for these others have arrived. I don't understand why show masters feel the need to leave sending the tickets out till the last minute creating loads of frankly unnecessary panic. The 'if they don't arrive we will sort it is shoddy and creates even more queues and complaints Could someone Have a little common decency and let me know if my tickets have been processed and when they will be sent out

What does the order status in the store say? It says viewed. Its the same status as my London tickets which have arrived, which is why I wasn't worried. Do I need to be? Hate to be annoying when I know we have just had london. But can you let me know if I need to do something?

The acoustics were shocking. Didn't catch anything that was said. And it was the same in the later masquerade talk. I didn't think the raffle was fair but that's just my own personal opinion

Aside from issues I've already stated. It was fantastic to meet David Hewlett, we had a very quick chat about Matt Smith while having my photo taken Unfortunately due to issues on the day I didn't get to meet anyone else The cos players were brilliant as always. I thanked God for them today as they made a very bad day bearable

Its put me off going to london again. We had early bird tickets, started walking to the back of the queue which turned out to have doubled round, so we had to walk back the way we had come. No showmasters staff around. While waiting to go in, cars, coaches and a bin truck fought with people in a triple queue. Should have been more officials on this queue. Once in it was packed and roasting. I luckily only had one photo shoot so started to queue for tickets for the Dr who talk. After an hour I gave up and thought I'd come back, I didn't spend all that money to get here to stay in a queue. I tried again later and had to give it up. Getting in and out of the two buildings wasnt an issue although my stamp rubbed off four times. The queue for the Sherlock talk was a shambles, no one know which queue to get in, everyone in the queues were brilliant but it needed staffing better, especially when as the queue is winding round I saw four crew on the games machines playing games while chaos is going on around them The sound system in the super stage was dreadful. I missed most of the Sherlock talk as the system was echoing everything that was said and they had the same issue in the masquerade. Part of me is thankful I couldn't get those Dr who tickets! It seemed that show masters over reached themselves and ended up being a victim of their own success. I'm sticking with the smaller ones from now on. Bring on Sheffield - just be more organised please

We purchased sandwiches last year, they were way too expensive in my opinion. We have booked car park at the venue and are taking a cool bag. Still cheaper. Lol

I've always been told no. Even the ones without the signs. I'll be interested if any say yes this year I could start taking it personally otherwise

Did we ever find out the cost of the Dr who talk? Also(sorry ) with the Sherlock talk, as this is free can we walk into this one too or do we need the raffle ticket? I'm unsure if the raffle ticket is for the talk or the limited signing. Sorry if this has been answered

I ordered on the 21st June (I'm obviously a time traveller) do I need to reorder or do something?
