OK, so I was supposed to be going to the LFCC but couldn't make it and so I emailed Mara @ showmasters to discuss the fact that I could no longer attend LFCC and she told me to email her after LFCC was over and she would see what she could do for me (which was really nice of her as it does state that there is no refunds etc) however all I wanted was to see if I could transfer the tickets from LFCC to the SFCC as I can attend that 1 and I didn't want to miss out all together on a showmasters event but I have emailed Mara about 6/7 times now and she still hasn't replied.
I am not bothered if they cant exchange my tickets (it was a long shot anyway) but what I do not appreciate is the fact that I haven't even had an email back to say whether or not she will exchange them.
I haven't been to a showmasters event yet so this will be my first one but from what I have heard about them I really really want to be able to attend one this year and even though im not bothered if I have to pay for the tickets again I am not seriously considering not going at all just because of their Customer Service, As a woman that works in Customer Care I would never even contemplate ignoring a customer.
Has anyone else had this problem?
