Thanks for the feedback. I wasn't aware of the refunds so I apologise 😊 I was just panicking as SFCC isn't too far away and if I need to buy the tickets then I'll do it soon. Again thanks for the feedback x

OK, so I was supposed to be going to the LFCC but couldn't make it and so I emailed Mara @ showmasters to discuss the fact that I could no longer attend LFCC and she told me to email her after LFCC was over and she would see what she could do for me (which was really nice of her as it does state that there is no refunds etc) however all I wanted was to see if I could transfer the tickets from LFCC to the SFCC as I can attend that 1 and I didn't want to miss out all together on a showmasters event but I have emailed Mara about 6/7 times now and she still hasn't replied. I am not bothered if they cant exchange my tickets (it was a long shot anyway) but what I do not appreciate is the fact that I haven't even had an email back to say whether or not she will exchange them. I haven't been to a showmasters event yet so this will be my first one but from what I have heard about them I really really want to be able to attend one this year and even though im not bothered if I have to pay for the tickets again I am not seriously considering not going at all just because of their Customer Service, As a woman that works in Customer Care I would never even contemplate ignoring a customer. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Guys, I was supposed to be going to the LFCC last weekend but couldn't attend so I am in the process of arranging to attend the Sheffield Film & Comic Con as this is a lot closer than London and its only a week after my partners birthday. Anyway back to my possible silly question. When I was looking at the LFCC Which I am aware is probably a much bigger event) come 6-7 weeks before there were a lot of information and guests attending. Now at the minute there isn't many guests going to the SFCC (Compared to London) and I just wanted to know will you be getting anymore guests and when will you be putting information about activities & scheduling etc? This is only my Second ever Con and the first 1 I went to was this show Birmingham so im a little nervous :) Thanks for any help Dani

I met Tiny Lister last year. He was amazing so much fun and got straight into character once he overheard us talking about him. I also went to the talk he did last year at a different con that was unreal. To speak to him and see how humble he was and just so appreciative of his fans. Im pretty sure I stalked him for around 2 hours but being 5ft 2 and stood next to him I felt like a little smurf haha

Im so excited about this. I was supposed to be going to the LFCC but unforeseen circumstances mean I cant now but I was over the moon when I saw SFCC as this is much closer to where I live and it has the A Team Van :-) Im hoping this will make up for not going LFCC although not meeting Stan Lee is soul destroying :-(
