picklechu3
Sorry about the odd question guys... But i fell in love with the cider they were serving at the cafe to the left of the hall. Can anybody tell me what brand it was please? I'd be grateful.

TommyT
Sounds like a job for our resident venue employee, timelord81r. Perhaps he can enlighten us (or knowing his campaign, send us a photoshoot picture of the tap )
plushroom
Was it the bottled one? If so it's Aspall cyder which comes from Suffolk and is lovely...in fact 4 bottles of that were my lunch at LFCC Shame they didn't have the blackberry variety there too... Been there done that, just not at university though!!!! Evil evil cider, I haven't touched it since 1994 1988 - an extensive pub crawl round Cardiff but everywhere we went had a different cider (which was my drink of choice back then). I don't think it's a very good idea to mix different types (or have the quantity I had). It was fun until the next day and I've never touched the stuff since

A mate of mine from Uni lived in Cornwall and would often bring back some real West Country stuff on his trip back to Cardiff. Shall we just say there were more than a few sore heads at the start of each term. Edited July 27, 2011 by Rockstar6662
