How do these guys, that not even been listed at imdb etc, proof that they are actually in the movie?

First port of call is the contract they signed.

And, with Jason's contacts in the Star Wars Universe I am sure he would be able to clarify everything.

And, to my knowledge, the adult Boba Fett never too the helmet off, so how do we know Jeremy Bulloch was in it?

Second probably call sheets and stuff like that. At least I know that's sometimes brought up for the old trilogy.

But of course the second sentence pretty much says it all.

Thanks, was just curious, after I read this article about an actor who claimed to be the Stormtrooper in that fighting scene with Finn (Lightsaber) but Lucasfilm/Disney said he´s an imposter and released the name of the guy who really played that part...

There is a team of people that work around the clock to find these people and making 100% sure they are real is always the first priority. Sadly there are people who have tried to pull a fast one and I have also read the recent reports about the guy that claimed to be the fighting stormie in TFA. Very sad

Interestingly the chap that made the claim was reportedly in TFA but in a less readily identifiable role.
