KingRichard76
When I first heard about Mr McQuarries passing I felt great sadness and couldnt quite believe it. The whole Star Wars Universe was quite literally in his hands and his designs and creations have indelibly entered the publics consciousness and hundreds of Moviemakers and millions of FanGirls/boys, Moviegoers Dreams, its quite remarkable seeing how one mans penship will stand the test of time and become SO iconic. You can look at Da Vinci, Van Gogh etc and see such fine Art but its very fair to say that Ralph McQuarrie was an Artist beyond measure. Without Ralph McQuarrie, Star Wars would have had a different Future altogether but what hes left behind for us is a Galaxy Far Far Away. You'll be greatly missed, RIP Ralph, the Force will be with you, always.
