SacredSilence
Hi all, This is a first for me, So I have no idea how these things work! Is the lunch catered for as part of the schedule and included in the price or does it mean nothing goes on during that time so that everyone can eat? If it`s free time to eat, Are you free to go out and about in London and come back or what? I`m guessing it`s not catered for as the price was reasonable? Thanks, LiSe :) x
Moderators DavidB Posted July 6, 2009 Moderators Share Posted July 6, 2009 It's basically a break for you to go and do whatever you want But there might be hotel menus put on with discount prices in the bar or restaurant, I'm not sure.

Moderators DavidB Posted July 6, 2009 Moderators Share Posted July 6, 2009 No problem And of course you're free to go out and come back. I don't think they have any plans to put tags on anyone, so you won't set alarms off if you do

I do hope we have this option the birmingham hotel is in the middle of nowhere, the airport is a mission just for food

Showmasters Admin Massive Events Posted July 7, 2009 Showmasters Admin Share Posted July 7, 2009 There will be a special catering area at the Birmingham event with discounted food so that you don't have to pay the main bar prices! I can't remember the exact prices but at previous events we have held there the special catering has been excellent and very reasonably priced! There isn't such an area at the London event but there are a whole host of places to eat just outside the hotel! Mark
