lauren lane
It appears I was talking complete rubbish in this thread, I'll be getting the train from Nottingham, not Glasgow! I think I'll be getting the train from nottingham or maybe driving there but last I drove it took about 5 hours and I actually want to get there near opening time! Dum dumdum Dum
Probably good ole Virgin train from Euston unless they have a mega sale on flights and drop off all the taxes which is pretty much not gonna happen! I hate weekend travel....the only saving thing is that you can get upgraded for £15 which I was very grateful for after the last event!
menmeryiset
Is anyone else getting the megabus from london victoria to Manchester on the friday or the thursday? Its a long journey and i wouldn't mind having someone to talk to. I am also getting the megabus on the monday morning to, so same thing applies. Does anyone know why train fares double on sundays? Trialia
I'm catching the train up and back for Saturday, I live about an hour from Manchester. Managed to get tickets there and back for a total of only £5.50 If anybody needs a couch, I've got one going spare both nights, just let me know. Of course you'd need train fare between my place and Manchester but that's a lot cheaper and quicker than shuttling to and from London if you're coming that far.
