I was a little confused about something showmasters said about developments involving the cast and uk events - could you explain this? It would be so great if you could get any of these people. I realise that LOTR is not everyones cup of tea, but we dont moan that starwars fans are getting 30 guests so why shouldnt we get a few LOTRs guests. Plus most of them are known for doing other things as well eg Elijah for faculty. Orli for Pirates ect. So they will appeal to a variety of fans. frosty Posted July 19, 2004 Author Share Posted July 19, 2004 C4 was not a hobbit reunion and despite the fact that there were 3 hobbits there, apparently 12,000 peeps turned up. u do the math, I was really lucky that I got to meet Lij and the others but so many people didnt. Its only fare they get another chance. As for me it would be great to meet them again and other cast like Orli, Liv etc. Considering the fact C6 will have 60 guests, I think its fare that there are a least a few LOTR guests. There was a rumor that some of the hobbits were going to attend. I went to the Elijah and Sean guest talk at C4 and at the end they both said they hoped to come back and then a showmasters rep came in and said there was a good chance that they would return and that they were going to continue to get some other lead cast as well as great supporting cast. I kinda consider the Star wars 30 as a seperate event. I dont think having them attend will make any difference to the guest line up of the other 30. At least I hope it wont. Im keeping my fingers crossed that Showmasters wont dissapoint us, Im sure they will get at least one or two LOTR guests. Bernard hill would be great but Lij or Orli or Dom would be fantastic. The space in to small to deal with that many fans and I know I can speak for more than myself when I say that the thought of being pushed, shoved and squeeled at is more than enough to give me the cold shudders at the thought of more LOTR's guests.
