I have spoken to someone at the office and they still had our old address despite me emailing twice and calling as well to change it when we moved house. So our reg letter has gone astray. We have checked our old address via the agent and it wasnt there. Im quite cross about it as now we dont know our ticket number and cant plan

We have also have not received our reg letter. I have rung up and been told they cannot give me our ticket numbers over the phone as they have no idea where to obtain this info. Bit annoyed a we now have no clue what we will be doing until we get there and Ive always planned ahead Good schedule though :)

Hi Yvie, I have emailed 3 times now and called twice. We moved 24th August and still no one has confirmed that you got our change of address. We havent had our reg letter and i know you have been on holiday but we sent the first email over a month ago. Thanks, Rachel

After Bitten3 we were dead set on not doing anymore SM events. However, after hearing the venue may be Birmingham for HW5 and that they may make it open to more horror and supernatural guests, we have decided we will probably go next year for sure. Great idea SM and has restored my faith a bit after hearing great reports about HW4 as well. :)

My disappointment isnt in the guests as such just in ME/SM letting us down slightly. Theyve had a whole year to get great guests sorted and decent themes and I dont feel its been worked to its full potential (again). However, I shall still enjoy it.

I was hoping for Michael McMillan too but I guess its great that SM have managed to get guests at all at such short notice and Im sure they will be good. Grant was my favourite guest last year and entertained thoroughly. I am slightly disappointed over all though.

Mark, so very sorry for your loss. I really do appreciate the response as we have all (as you can see from other posts) been upset and concerned at what was going in. Its great that youve taken the time to respond and reassure us all a little more. I was most worried the event might get cancelled altogether although Im gutted Denis wont be there as he was the reason I booked but I will look forward to meeting Nelsan still. Look forward to more news.

I agree and I said last year it was my last ME/SM event due to poor handling etc but as they had 2 excellent guests this year, me and my partner and my friend have booked again. I shall definitely NOT be booking anymore events after this one. They have let us down thus far with no up to date announcements, no ideas on any further guests, no news on Denis and to be fair they didnt exactly thrill with the party themes. They have been around and commented on other forums and Im sure they can spare 10 minutes of their busy schedules to update us all and reassure us. Were all paying customers and its not cheap and this event is literally a few weeks away now and things arent looking good. Just a quick clue as to whats going on would be nice. I hate complaining but Im very ticked off at the moment.

That doesnt always affect them doing 2 events, its happened before in the past with no issues I think. Bring on Allan, Id love to meet him YAY.
