Currently trying to move hell and then some to make it to Hub 8. Will have to buy a ticket on the door. There can't be a Hub without an appearance of a Fish in a Sportscar..... (and Showmasters might need one of my DVD's again, like last time...)

Help! Daniele Favili's assistant for the weekend (I think so) took a photo of Daniele and me (dressed as Shanghai Blowfish, black dress, corset, etc) on the dancefloor on Friday night, on her iphone, on Daniele's request. What happened to the photo? Does anybody know?

Can't go after all, I have to work in London. The company I work for are at an event on Saturday, and the Notorious Workshop Boss is otherwise, unfortunately - and there should be one person there at least who knows which end of a tape measure is which. V sad - I was really looking forward to the event. Sniff. Next time again. Promised with Fish Honour.

Early October looks promising for me, I will probably have time, so, there will be more fishy goodness, as I'll very likely not be at Hub 4 (otherwise working)

Favourite moment: Everybody queueing on Sunday for Kai's panel talk, and lo and behold, Kai is walking past, towards the end of the queue, and we comment "wrong direction" and "wanna queue to see yourself?" respectively. That place was really a bit of a maze.....

Lara is lovely. I think she was a bit impressed with the Blowfish headdress, and I had to explain to her that she should not look for things related to me and my work on her own on the internet (there are some things not appropriate for children there), but only together with her dad, and told her dad separately as well. For the same reason, she couldn't friend me on facebook, because of the photo albums... She's only 12! At least the fan group for my jewellery on facebook is safe for any age, let's see if she joins. small suggestion: The photograph of Katy Wix in the signing pack was really unflattering, and she was only in the background there. She looks about a million times better in real life. If she's at another event in the future, could someone make sure that she gets a nice portrait screenshot to sign, like all the other actors did? Thanks.

Still no photos found of Saturday Blowfish (the one in the uniform).... Any around?

I'll be there from Friday 3PM, if you still need anyone.... loads of paint/decorating and arty experience (still involved w running notorious club nights in London, I've decorated whole pubs sci-fi style), ask your sound experts Malcolm, Duncan or Claire, they know me privately, if you need references.... just tell me before if you need me, cos I'll have to bring "clothes for grubby work"....

I'm not surprised about the cold, he has the tendency to sit around in a t-shirt at signings when it's not exactly warm. At another one last winter, it was draughty and absolutely freezing and he wore a shirt and a thin leather jacket on top..... (I was rattling my teeth in winter coat and scarf) Needs a bit more supervision re: "wrap up warm", like most other men. Can someone tell his mum to knit him a nice cashmere scarf and some warm socks, please - not wool 'cos of the wool allergy.

For Londoners: Silverlink Trains from Euston to Birmingham International are a lot cheaper than anything Virgin can come up with, and just as fast. £ 12 starting price for return. Really.

hmmm, maybe someone should call Matt Rippy, so there's at least one Jack Harkness there..... After his, hm, performance at the Hub 2, there should be plenty of agreement.

1 Name: I think Blowfish is quite good, my real one is very normal and easily forgettable. 2 Age: a bit younger than JB, but not much. As soon as he's getting visible wrinkles, I can let myself go... ;-) 3 Location: London 4 Ticket type: Bargain corner - Standard. Again. Living in London is expensive. But, so far, interesting things tend to accumulate around me anyway, I don't worry, it will happen again. 5 Reason for going: Hub 2 was the most fun I ever had while being completely sober. And I have been to parties which would make Joe Average's eyes water. (And, thinking of it, I should create a bit more on my own legend, shouldn't I? Looking as there will be probably no appearance of the Real Blowfish in Season 3 - VERY disappointed) And start a petition for More Blowfish In Torchwood.

...well, to add my pennyworth, I'm looking forward to James M being there, and I'm on the cheapskate standard ticket, no extra photos etc included. If he brings some yummy uniform, and dresses up a bit, I'll be seriously tempted to shell out for a photo, otherwise, probably not. I would like to meet him anyway, he seems like a nice enough guy, and I'm not even a regular Buffy fan from years back... And who knows, he might actually want to sign my notorious Torchwood boxset with an extra comment when he finds out what all the other suspects came up with after my suggestion...

I have been known to do Karaoke when completely stone cold sober. I can't really sing, but I do a damn good show! Fave tunes: Teenage Kicks by the Undertones, Virginia Plain by Roxy Music and Suffragette City by David Bowie. (shows my age) Still waiting for a Karaoke system with anything by the Cramps! And the Karaoke should be in a room separate from the dancefloor area /bar, so only the people can listen who want to... I suppose the Hilton is just big enough.... Has anyone here ever heard of the Torchwood Karaoke Challenge?

I wish I'd had my camera there, because your costume was brilliant! Did you make that from scratch? I made the headdress and the nails. Tailcoat, uniform mess dress jacket and shirt from charity shops, trousers my own, shoes assorted, corsets Inner Sanctum and Puimond. My wardrobe is a bit notorious, my partner and myself could run a first class costume hire with what we've got.... And I recommended some of my secret sources to the lovely Matt Rippy, he was a bit sad "everybody is so dressed up, and I came on the motorbike and didn't bring an extra outfit" If he shows up next time in full uniform, I know where he went.....
