LOL @Bergman!! Glad I didn't book. I couldn't go this year for other reasons, but if I could, I wouldn't have gone anyway. At least not for this guest. If he hadn't cancelled, he wouldn't have shown up anyway. He's notorious for that the past few years But I am glad for the Voyager fans, that the other guests are still announced. I hope you'll have lots of fun anyway!!

In my opinion I think it's a bit rude of a guest to cancel at that last minute, unless there's an important thing like an unexpected family matter that occured which makes it impossible to leave. Or maybe changed work schedules.. Of course work should always be a priority. What was the reason why she cancelled at that last minute?

Unfortunatelly I couldn't go because I don't have enough days off. But for my friends who were so much looking forward to it I feel very sorry if this news is true.. But why a confirmation or statement as soon as the event is over? Why not in advance?

If you see a girl with light golden blonde hair, waist length.. that's me! I have a tanned skin, so I wear broken white trousers (with a small green, blue stripe), a broken white top with a blue shirt, both with V-colar of course. My plans were to make Beltran crazy (just kidding) Maybe I am just going "Eva style" LOL

I would like to know it too. In 1 1/2 year time, from 6 European conventions there were 5 cancellations (I don't know if I am allowed to mention names of other conventions in the forum, so won't do that) It's possible that a job came up, but next month he'll be in Vegas for another con, so I doubt that. Can be wrong of course

Robert Beltran is a really, really nice guy. At a huge con once, he actually wasn't allowed to personalize a picture because of the long line and the huge crowd, but still he did it. (or at least, I got it personalized) And at another con he even wanted to give me a personalized picture for free. That was nice, really nice. And he takes the time to talk, altho small talk, but he is really interested. I have the feeling that regarding him it's not just the money, but meeting, chatting to fans and being friendly to them is important too for him.

No problemo at all!! I am just so glad that I finally can meet/see them!!! I am a fan of them since I was 14. Next year I will celebrate my 25th anniversary of that fandom LOL
