  1. Peter Sutcliffe is one of the better "you look like"'s I've had Also just want to say thank you to the guy who asked me to sign his American Werewolf picture. I was very flattered.
  2. My favourite Udo story of the weekend... at the end of the day on Sunday, Landis and Savini were having a conversation behind the table and Udo was rushing up to the other end of the tables toward Lorenzo Lamas. As he came back Landis said to Tom, as a gag, "But don't tell Udo Kier!" and as Udo rushed passed he uttered "Don't tell Udo anysing!" And continued blazing passed. I guess you had to be there but it was pretty damn funny.
  3. That's good to know. Hope he'll be back one day then. Was great to meet you too Paul. Sorry I didnt come back on Sunday and say bye, had a flight to catch straight after the Patrick Stewart talk. No worries Nicky. Was great chatting with you. Twas a shame you didn't come over, I had the documentary on my laptop on Sunday
  4. I interviewed him for a US horror magazine about Thriller last night... some of the stories, wowser! Make sure you get the next issue of HorrorHound
  5. He loved you for that! He turned to me after you went, "What a nice guy!" On behalf of John Landis, he thanks you ALL for coming to see him. He's only done a couple of shows in the US (which he found strange) and didn't really know what to expect in London but GENUINELY enjoyed himself and had a lot of fun meeting his fans. As for his tremendous energy... that's John! He's like that 24/7.
  6. I had a chat with Neil and Axelle. They're good people. Married too by the way Nicky
  7. I'm at the hotel. Spoken to Savini and Landis and spotted Mewes so you're good to go on those three.
  8. I've never seen him do a show without them.
  9. Check out the gift I got from Greg this weekend: He made it several years ago. I traded it for a screener of my American Werewolf documentary
  10. I'd imagine I'll be with John all weekend. It's fun as hell watching him interact with people as he's so candid.
  11. I got to hang out with Jay briefly this weekend in the states. Lovely guy. Above all else, he's a fan!
  12. >>> I'd like someone else to ask about The Twilight Zone.<<< No one will be talking about The Twilight Zone. And I've heard all of the Murphy/Landis stories. Some of things I've heard about Eddie Murphy are disgusting. He sounds like a horrible person - to the extent that the Vic Morrow comment above is tame in comparison.
  13. Ya, anything Chris Walas did is in Bob's basement. All of the Alien stuff is still there. Tis pretty amazing to see in person.
  14. Yeah tis all in Bob and Kathy's basement. Some amazing stuff down there. Bob was nice enough to let us shoot a DVD extra with him in the basement showing off all his American Werewolf props - the wolf, the Jack puppet, the nazi masks, the stretche transformation body, the claw... tons of stuff. Other than all that the guy has some amazing props from the Terminator movies, Star Wars (original cantina masks), Arachnophobia, Gremlins, Alien/Aliens... we were in the gawping for hours.
  15. No! Clever ar*@ !! I actually found that guy when doing the documentary. Didn't want anything to do with it though. Also found the little boy with the balloons in the zoo Get him to come along then - isn't he a member of your beware of the moon facebook group?? Just seen your avatar as well - Is it one of those full sized AW models - they do look superb, not sure the wife would agree though (especially with the price!!) It's the original screen used wolf.

  18. Maybe if we ask Bob Burns nicely heh -
  19. I'm waiting for the brave soul who comes dressed as a four legged werewolf.

  21. Frank Oz is a name i'm dearly missing on this -
  22. Hey guys I created a Facebook event listing for the LFCC. Just type in London Film & Comic Con in the search and you'll see a listing with AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF photo. Spread the word, let's make this the best LFCC YET!
  23. Hi Paul, Just had a peek, looks good. Fingers crossed for more guests to come. I trust it was you who bagged Landis for us, if so thanks!! Remember our short banter on the on IMDB? I said I had something up my sleeve
  24. George is a hoot. One of the funniest guys I've met. I always remember his little blurb on the Making Of Thriller... "It's Sunday night, it's about ten after ten, I'm very tired. It's been a very long day!"
