  1. It does say this at the head of the schedule so people should be aware there is a possibility of changes and check. They usually have up to date schedules up at the event as well. However it does also say the last line and you are right about that. It may be that they are waiting until it's accurate as they are aware there are issues with it, and once it's finalised they will make an announcement. Please note that all event activity timings are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change at any time without notice. Timetabling changes maybe necessary for any reason from scheduling conflicts to visitor safety. Where possible, we will make visitors aware of timetabling changes through available communication channels.
  2. No it's not helpful, however schedules are usually released as close to the event as possible to avoid having to make lots of changes due to guest additions/cancellations. Even if they did release it 2 months ago it would be different now anyway due to the recent guest announcements. I understand what you are saying, especially as they said they would be issuing the schedule a while ago. It's frustrating, no doubt about that and realistically no one is going to wait until the week before to buy their tickets - I certainly wouldn't and haven't!. As far as I can see no one has said that and nothing else. Help and advise to resolve issues is being offered. I think most of the comments have been related to those who are saying they won't be there in time or have to leave early and are going to have problems getting to things they have paid for.
  3. You will need to go to registration and swap your eticket for a physical ticket, so as soon as you arrive find registration (there will be crew at the doors so ask them) and give them either your print out or make sure they can scan the barcode if you have it on a device. If you are in the last batch you will be the last group through so go towards the end of the photo shoot. Maybe swing by around 2.55 to see where they are up to as they will probably be queuing you batch around then.
  4. I almost booked this, but changed and went for the photoshoot with Bill. What's the reason for cancellation? They may not give a reason Marvin, especially if it's the guests who have backed out of it.
  5. You may just have to speak to the crew on the sales desk at the event Sylvester.
  6. No. Can you elaborate and we will be better placed to advise. What do you mean by 'no way of getting to one of them'. There may be options but we would need to know the situation to advise you.
  7. As long as they can scan the barcode it doesn't matter which format you have it in.
  8. http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=92927&p=1995622 This may help
  9. Previous very short convo on the same subject http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=93141&p=1995425
  10. No. Nothing has been mentioned. At both Sherlockeds we didn't get one and that's one of the first things i did on entry was find out where everything is.
  11. People aren't stopped coming into a talk at any point (as long as they have a ticket if one is needed)
  12. Saw that, just wasn't sure which one Batch 3 went to? Thank you You have to keep an eye on where they have gotten up to. They don't issue times when everyone is to come as it's too unpredictable. They will do the packages for that day first then the batches so if they are quick, seeing as they are an hour each, you'll either be through toward the end of the first session or during the second session.
  13. Yes. Is the same for autographs included in packages? I have been given an autograph with a certain actor, I would like him to sign a photo of me and him. Can I book a photoshoot with him on Friday, then get my free autograph on Saturday? You should be able to. Usually the included autographs don't have a specific collection time.
  14. Photo area A 11.25-12.25 and Photo area B 2.25-3.25 are the times for his Saturday shoots. QS - he's actually down twice for the earlier shoot on the schedule
  15. Tron - 70 My Neighbour Totoro - 60 I Am Number Four - 90 Missing In Action - 30
  16. You can't usually swap days. The issue is the show opening times are clearly advertised and activities take place from open to close. If you can't be there until later then you take the risk that anything you have bought may happen before you arrive, or you wait until the schedules have been released before you buy so that you know if you can do things or not. I know Queen Sindel has passed on comments about some people not being able to get there in time so you'll have to keep an eye out on if there is an update on it. All you can do is speak to the sales desk on the day and see if they may be able to help.
  17. I'd probably go and get in the queue for Dax early and try and get as near to the front as possible and then go straight to Marina after.
  18. It's probably less than you will pay at a lot of other events Danny so if you want him I'd get him. He doesn't come over here often and most other events charge more than Showmasters do for auto's so you are unlikely to get it cheaper elsewhere.
  19. Anything that hasn't been announced already basically isn't happening next year Maxcat.
  20. You'll have to find out when you get in Gwyn. Unless they publish floor plans in the next week which may be unlikely.
  21. This has been discussed in another thread Jedimaster, people say they have already started receiving refunds so yes, it's probably been cancelled. There may not be an announcement though. Just keep any eye out for your refund and contact them if it hasn't come through in a few days.
  22. What is the problem Aaron? The date you have highlighted is the date ticket sales end for that item, not the date it takes place. No, just what is on the site, you may have to make yourself an excel timetable. It's what we had to do at Sherlocked.
  23. It may be a mistake so keep an eye on the revised schedule but it may also only be necessary to have short shoots. Shoot length depends on how many tickets they have sold as well, if you've only got 30 people coming for it you don't need an hour session, likewise if 1000 people have tickets you will need a longer session.
