Absolute right. I also enjoyed it but the nagative just outweighs the positives too much considering the value for money and just expressing that. It's normal to express your disappointment just like anyone can express they had a fantastic time here.

Perhaps you should read my reply properly before commenting? Just because you had a good time does not mean everyone did. Just as you have the right to express your satisfaction here, so does everyone else who are not. Ya typical redneck mentality. Yeah only people associated with SM seemed to have enjoyed it fully. And I paid gold not standard entrance and I knew and planned for the event even before tickets were on sale and the entitlement info in the website was constantly changing. Ofcourse my planning did not include that I would have to queue 1.5 hours before every talk even with GOLD to get a decent seat and then miss out on every other thing in DSTL. I was actually ashamed when people who had traveled from US and Australia expressed their utter disappointment (after spending so much money and time to come here) about this event in London and me being a resident of this city.

I also originally thought it was him as he claimed confidently that he was the Mayor. Not an easy task to stand up to Kate and claim to be Mayor of London. But on closer inspection found was he was a very good cosplayer.

The only negative things being removed have been personal attacks on the organisers and members of the volunteers. I can't agree with you there. Personal attacks deserve to be removed but I am not talking about them. Exactly my thoughts, I had gold and I had to queue ALL day for the talks and didn't have any time to do anything else. What's the point of gold if you need to start queuing 1.5 hours before the event.

I couldn't agree with you more! I will surely write a detailed write up of everything positive (yes there were some) and negative in my blog (as anything negative in this forum fades into deletion black hole)..

Thank you for explaining, but surely any problems with the costume and makeup should have been dealt with beforehand. I'm thrilled he did the photoshoot, but it does now sound like he was sort of pushed into it, if it took so much work to get him to agree and yet this uncertaintly and unease was still present. Surely if Chris had any misgivings, they should have been talked through before the shoot went on sale, and certainly before the event itself so that information could have been updated if required. As it was, Chris was lovely, but people did show up and end up a little disappointed they had paid for something that wasn't as described. If the photoshoot had been advertised as an in costume shoot, people would have less reason to complain. Part of the problem is that it was advertised as being with makeup. If you were concerned that pushing him regarding the makeup would make him pull out of the shoot I can understand that isn't a situation you wanted to be in, but at the same time it does mean people didn't really receive what they paid for, and surely it should have been agreed in advance with Chris himself so that he wasn't made to feel uncomfortable at being put in that situation. I totally agree!!! I loved all photoshoot but surely this is no excuse as it's not like you convinced him last minute about this shoot after he arrived in LFCC.

Hi, I have three potential conflicts Karl 12:00 - 13:00 (1 hour) need to buy ticket Jewel 12:30 - 13:00 (30 mins) ticket 34 Gates 12:45 - 13:00 (15 mins only!) ticket 3 How would I go about making all 3 photo shoots possible on three different studios in this short time?

With so manyyyyyyy cast members of Game of Thrones present, a group photo or even better a group photo sitting on the Iron throne would have been AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Well I hope the queue will be short later on the day. On the downside my ticket number will be horribly high. Most of my other tickets are less than #30 and all of them are less than #75

Yes ofcourse I expected them to replace it with the new photoshoot because I am paying the difference. What's the point buying everything beforehand if you have to waste hours in queue ON THE DAY anyways.I could have just bought everything on the day and saved up all those shipping if I was interested to queue.

I just got a generic email reply to my message saying I can exchange my ticket at the ticket sales desk on that day. Do they even read the emails properly? I explicitly explained everything and stated that I DO NOT want to queue and hence have bought all my 9 tickets beforehand. NOT HAPPY!

I know but you never know when they may get low or you may miss a post here and if you order late you get the lowest number tickets. Not perfect but I was being safe.
