Don't tease us, tell us -
A ball pool would be great Ball Pool!! Ball Pool!! Ball Pool!! That's supposed to be me chanting :-) I just want a ball pit so I can swim around in it then suddenly jump and yell Bazinga!

The problem for this 7.9 was that most of the people who do the dancing where at another event. As for the music played it was no different from any other chevrons before, also if your not happy with the music been played there was a request board put up or you can ask the DJ himself as I did on friday

As long as there's a ball pool there I don't care what the theme is

here's the page that states what buses you can get for free it's the 1st link for the map for the north of Heathrow http://www.heathrowa...hes/local-buses

I've done Sliver at the last few events and it's always just blocking something on stage for me, I know why the camera is there and it does help for those of us at/near the back. But it's almost always in the way of taking photos especially if you are near the back it make no real differance where you sit (even at the end), it's just a little too high

You mean it couldn't be moved to the side of the hall and use the zoom function? what kind of camera is it?
-
Can the positioning of the camera in the middle of the talk hall be moved please. It's always in my line of sight (at times blocking it) and in most of my photos ruining it. Can the camera be moved to the side of the hall or be much lower down, it just disrupts my experience in the talks, I'm sure others may have the same problem.

Where are the chairs? There is nowhere to sit down and chat to people

The Klingon ball has nothing to do with Halloween, it's just a theme that's been picked for a party

As a replacement for Martha who had to cancel Looks like a leak Richard Arnold and Lolita Fatjo are listed in the Timetable, but not shown as guests... Must have been edited because I can not see either of those 2 Richard Arnold is on stage C at 1400

Since all gold tickets have access to the Friday party the pass is your ticket, as it is for the opening ceremony.

My gold ticket is in the 600's and I got the standard 5 plus JG Hertzler, it doesn't seem to get any more randomised in the higher numbers

Parking at the hotel / disabled discount?
trekkiefan replied to Spill's topic in Return to Middle Earth
The only time the car park was full for a event (that I've seen) was for the first twilight event in which over 800 people turned up, it's highly unlikely that number is ever going to turn up for this event (unless they get a rare guest). Alot of cars do and are allowed to park on the grassy areas as well if there are few spaces. There is no other free parking in the area for about a mile except on Sunday in which it's free to park anywhere across town. There is however disabled parking outside the hotel all around the fish market (building next door) for those who can use them. -
Parking at the hotel / disabled discount?
trekkiefan replied to Spill's topic in Return to Middle Earth
car parking is free for all attendees of the event, whether your staying at the hotel or not I have been to many events at this hotel over the years and this has always been the case for everyone. despite google maps there is plenty of car parking for pretty much everyone. Plus I live in this town, if you need any advise about getting about the town just ask. -
you'er talking about the Javelin line from St.Pancras to Stratford International at which point you can get the DLR to Custom house (but only when they are running)

trekkiefan replied to Xyliana's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2012
Odd, I'm staying there to (got 2 rooms) but not had a call from them. But I think they may have over subscribed as they only had 9 rooms Just counted on this forum alone is at least 6 people have booked this hotel (and I take up at least 2 rooms) I think they have over subscribed -
Kensington Olympia Tube branch on Friday
trekkiefan replied to JessCansBe1337's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2012
One of the alternatives if there is no underground available is the C1 bus from Earls court (it also goes from Victoria station). But I would also look at buses that come from other places as well like I'm looking at the No10 bus from Euston that goes right next door to the Olympia. -

Latest guest Announcement - JASON MOMOA
trekkiefan replied to showmasters's topic in Collectormania 18
Usually because the guest couldnt do it. They usually give the guest all the dates coming up and they agree to the one/s they can do. Plus if ALL the guests went to LFCC, we'd probably just be left with Kenny Baker at MK, and I'm not sure that's going to sustain a 3 day event.. Kenny? he can sustain it by himself, I'm sure
