Check back for more details nearer the event MOVIE SCREENINGS and GUEST TALKS: We will be holding special movie screenings with exclusive talks by the guests in the evenings during Collectormania 6. Details of the talks and other special events will be posted shortly, so please check back later. PLEASE READ: All tickets are being sold directly by Showmasters, please do not contact Cineworld. Tickets are non refundable. Tickets are being sold on a first come, first served basis. Tickets will not be considered firmly booked until payment has been received and funds have cleared. Simply leave the shopping centre via one of the exits near Costa Coffee, cross Midsummer Boulevard and walk past the Theatre District (on your left) and multi-story car park (o your right), cross Avebury Boulevard, and the Xscape building is ahead of you. thats it!! i dont know why i cant see anything! Thanks Too Tall! Here's the answers! From Schmooz : - Initial crew e-mails will be going out today or tomorrow. Anyone who has expressed an interest in crewing should receive one of these. We will not be able to confirm exactly who will be crewing the event before Thursday, so for now, if you receive the initial crew e-mail from us, and are not eventually selected for crew, then we will still upgrade a party ticket for you that you purchase at a later date, even if all 200 VIP tickets have been sold. From Vamps : - We will be accepting credit and debit cards, and Switch too. We hope to have a secure online card payment screen up by Thursday, making it easier for everyone. However, if we do not have that set up in time, we will provide phone numbers for you to call, and take payments over the phone as we normally do for the talks. From Surfy-Sah : - Difference between VIP and non-VIP tickets will be listed when we make the announcement on Thursday. We will supply a phone number for people to call if they wish to book and send a cheque, although that is likely to be staffed only during office hours. Credit and debit card payments should be able to be taken online, as per question above, but again, if not set up by Thursday, we will have phone lines open between 7pm and 10pm on Thursday only, and then office hours after that. From Too Tall : - Yes, if you crew the show just on Saturday OR Sunday, although you will not get a FREE ticket to the party, if you pay for one, we will upgrade it to VIP! From Twister : - Dress code for party is to wear exactly what you like and are comfortable in!!!! There will however be a costume competition with a pretty smart prize!!!! ( To be announced on Thursday )! From Pippinweasley : - You will be able to book tickets on the phone and send a cheque, as mentioned above. I hope that this clears most things up for everyone. If you have any other questions do post them and I'll try to answer them! However, all details about what will be going on at the party will not be announced until 7pm on Thursday!
