In addition to processing the orders we received at the event, I also have over 100 orders to process from the online shop. For those of you waiting for payments to be taken from their online orders, please be patient and refrain from sending me emails asking what's going on. Unfortunately, you're just delaying the processing of your own order and those of other people. I will post updates on this thread as I work my way through the orders, so please be patient. For those of you waiting for confirmation emails from an order you placed at the event, again please be patient and don't crash our email while I work my way through the orders, lol. For the convenience of other people waiting for information I ask that you please don't bog this thread down with questions or off-topic conversation, this will make it easier for other people to find what they're looking for. Those people with orders 8851 and 8862 should keep an eye on their emails as there has been some difficulty processing your payments. Please double check the information that you provided and contact your banks. If you notice a discrepancy email me at info@collectormania.com to let me know, otherwise you will receive an email later today or tomorrow letting you know what you need to do. Additionally, orders 8845, 8855 and 8865 have failed to provide ticket holder names. Please email me at the address above detailing your order number and the names of those people attending. Emails will be sent to chase this information when the shop is back up to date in the next day or so. Thanks guys!! There will now be a delay while I make my dinner... A few have bounced back because I can't read your handwriting and a couple of you didn't provide me with an email address. If you don't receive an email drop me a note (the address is in my signature) and I'll resend it for you, but please check your Junk mail first! So glad I don't have to worry about that now, as I'll be moving house before the con and was really panicking about the little slips of paper getting lost! Every day that passes after I have ordered my ticket and it hasn't come I get more worried that it won't arrive in time.
