Well, this was my first ME Con, and what can I say!

I thought it was a fantastic weekend.

The crew were constantly helpful,

Davey, I think my boys have found a new hero!

TT, nice to get a chance to chat to you! and a picture!  

Wonder what happened to that really expensive balloon - well, it was signed by TT and Davey!  

I sooooo didn't want to come home, the boys straight away said they want to go to ET3!      (Start saving! )

Kev thoroughly enjoyed himself, Mike you were a legend!

The guests were really friendly.  Didn't see them much at the Prom, but when Charlie came into the casino area, Matthew played for ages at the blackjack table, so he was absolutely delighted with that (Matthew was the one with the hat!)  and Jose said "Green is good" about my cake.  Daniel was trying to say that he made it and that it was a nightmare to find everything to make it.  They were fab!

Thank you to everybody that was so fantastic with my children.  I was worried that people would be less comfortable with them there, but everyone was so welcoming (and that is not said in the Bella way!), whisking them off to the dancefloor and posing with them for pics!

I am so grateful to everybody for that, because the boys had a fantastic experience the whole weekend.

I think the Attendees were fantastic.  I should have felt a bit nervous, but as soon as I got there I recognised people from their pics or LFCC and everyone was just coming up and saying hi which was fantastic.  SM/ME events seems like they are one big family, and the attendees get included in that.

It was amazing to meet so any of you from the forum, and have such a fantastic time!  I don't want to name names and risk leaving everybody out! But you know who you are, and I will post pics later

Also, last but definitely not least,

I would like to thank (in her best Oscar acceptance voice) My hubbie!

He got me a gold ticket to ET2 in the Auction!       

So I get to see you guys again (mostly ) in 3 weeks, but will be seriously counting down to ET3 too so that we can all be reunited, and hopefully I will get to meet people from the London Prom there too!

What a fantastic weekend, back to work with a bump!

Sounds like you had an amazing time Rhi!!

I'm so jealous of the ET2 ticket, I couldn't afford it in London! I'm sure you'll have a great time!

I'm just as thankful for this event as you are. I had an amazing time.

I don't even know where to start.

My dance with Charlie was the favourite part though    

The crew was amazing all weekend, and were all so nice especially when I was so freaking nervous.

The guests were also amazing. So nice and friendly.
Just as the crew, Charlie was so nice when I was so ridicilously nervous. If he hadn't been so nice, I probably would have fainted. I don't do well with big crowds staring at me dancing lol

I also met so many wonderful people at the event, I really hope I'll see all of you at ET3.
You know who you are! (Pre-party, Candice, pre-party in the hotelroom!!)

And oh, I finally know why they changed the name to Mr Molina in the movie so I wanna thank Jose for telling me because now I'm not gonna have any sleepless nights wondering about it ever again    

The event was beyond what I could have dreamed about, and it was seriously the best weekend in my life. Just as you're saying Rhi, everyone made you feel like you were a part of a big happy family. I was sitting in the bed at the hotel at Saturday night, crying but laughing at the same time. It was crazy.

So I just wanna thank the guests, qll of the attendees and SM/ME for making this my most memorable weekened ever. I still can't even find words to describe it, I loved every minute of it.

Your meadow cake OMG I have a great pic of that and showed by friend who couldnt believe what she was looking at!!! I told her you should have tasted it....out of this world  

So now you've got to find three outfits in three weeks lol I know you'll do it and we'll have one hell of a time - roll on 16th

That'll be going camping with us and my parents.  What else do you do in a tent or camper van with two kids if its raining

They both lost it all though.  Both had something over £300!  

I'm so excited too!  It has only hit me this evening that I am going! and now I am so wird I can't sleep!  All that college prep I had to do hsn't been done, so I will have to do it tomorrow, after a funeral   That will be sad.  It is a close family friends husband, so I will be really upset to see her so sad, but he wasn't young and had a wonderful life, so that is our comfort.  I didn't know him that well as he was her second husband, but she has been around all my life.

masquerade gown is going to have to be what I wore to the Baking Industry awards.  It is a Next dress, but it is smart.

Its not volturi though, just have to buy a mask.  There are a few on ebay, or I might make one.  Will decide in the next couple of days.



I have ordered a Jasper style baseball shirt and hat and will wear my jeans.  Can't work out whether they are black or really dark blue so will have to check on that, have both upstairs though.  For the shoes, will either have to wear my black vans trainers or Kierans converse, but that is another outfit sorted, minus the baseball and bat.  Are people taking those?  Won't bother with a wig, will just tie the back of my hair up and pull my feathered bits down to the sides so I look vaguely jasper-ish from the front.   Just trying to decide whether to print something on the back or not.  When I was looking through my art cupboard, I found a loose (slightly battered) tshirt printing paper, it is just whether I want to risk it on the tshirt in case I mess it up and theres not time to replace it.  We shall see!  Don't know about the contacts, have never worn them before, but would love to see the effect.  I am already ghost pale so I am halfway there!

The flapper dress?  I have a (don't laugh) all in one suit, that is a dress over trousers.  I am going to lop off the trousers cos it is a slinky black short strappy dress, buy some black satin ribbon to wear low on the waist and buy the beaded fringe to sew around the bottom.  Then it is just the head dress and long gloves really, so that will be fine too.

I think you stress less about it when you don't have time.  Too much time and I would have spent months looking for stuff.

ps not suprised everyone wants a Kev!  What an angel, and Talie, I love my boys, they are awesome!

Rhi I love that dress! & I agree with Talie, your boys were lovely and am glad you all had fun. Congrats on getting the ET2 ticket! And on having such a wonderful husband bidding on it for you

That dress is lovely, I currently have nowt prepared lol.

I have a pink dress which I've never worn before so I might try and incoporate that or I have this gorgeous dress but I'd need spank or something cus it's not flattering at all!
