I never went to any talks and was just wondering if they were any better this time after the complaints they got.

I was at James' talk and thought it was great. Even though I was near the back I could still see him and there was a giant screen as well. Heard everything very well via loud speakers and James was very funny and cool. :)

Instead of those rambling posts, why didn’t they just say this - when people were concerned?

Glad you had fun!

I went to the James talk too, altho i cant complain about anything anyway because i was in the third row and could see and hear everything! James is soooo nice as always and gave a very entertaining Q & A, which was on for much longer than it was supposed to be! Thanks SM!  :P

James TALK WAS AWESOME. I learned so much more about him, even his "sock" size.
I'm glad I wasn't at the back though, because it was a very long room.

I'm glad that the new sound system we used and the video screen was appreciated. It was a bit of a fluster getting it all to work in time but obviously it was worth it.

A good question indeed.

I had a very good time, due to James and Steve (who knew he was that much fun!! To James: "Is it true that we are lovers?" lol) and to some very good questions. Well done people!
I was sitting near the front, in the seventh or eight row, next to the aisle so I had a very good view. The sound was much better than last time, I heard everything. What the view was like for the people in the back I don´t know though, the screen I don´t think did much for anyone.

I thought steve was hilarious and the questions he came out with were so funny. And all the talk about him being James pimp or something like that was very funny.

I agree, I dont think the screen helped anyone much, because it was on the same level as James so if you cuold see the screen you may as well just scan across and look at the real deal.  ;)  But if it had been higher it would have been good for the back people, but I think that everyone could pretty much see! I was about 3/4's of the way back and I could see and hear everything. Best talk ive ever been too.

Awesome..............batch system worked like a dream.............sound system was clear, unless of course James took the mic away from his face !!!!..........a nice large screen...........oh and i was only 5 rows back so i could see (almost 'coz i'm so short).............and hear everything.
Steve and James together were hilarious, although i believe Steve should start censoring the questions now  :P
Well done SM      Even if it was 'THE ROOM'   :poki:
I've met....too many people to fit into 12 lines !!!!!!
