merlin
Nick Stokes is well yummy!! Hi, I just thought I would add my appreciation of this fine specimen of a man to your thread! I actually well fancied him in Savannah (did any of you watch it?), although I couldn't tell you what it was about!!
Smaug
*waves* Heey Nice to see new faces about.... please continue to post crazily as I think most people have fallen off the face of the planet. But I do believe its GCSE and A level time again. So some can be forgiven for their extended periods of absence.

Smaug
O_o Emo = over emotional for no aparent reason on the face of the planet. Um, those guys(twats) you see about with the long hair and that fringe over half their face? That can't help but think their life is worse than every one elses? They're emo. Though Nick... is a different kind of emo... I was going to say "without the fringe." But dude. Even that's coming to light isn't it!?
Evie_Nitram
okay... the dictionary definition of Appreciation is this: "1. Recognition of the quality, value, significance, or magnitude of people and things.2. A judgment or opinion, especially a favorable one. 3. An expression of gratitude. 4. Awareness or delicate perception, especially of aesthetic qualities or values." So perhaps we need to just remember that, and be a little bit nicer!! Nick has all the bad things happen to him, so frankly he isn't 'over emotional for NO reason'... he's got perfectly good reason.... And sorry I've been away for a bit... I'm on School Placement (6 weeks until I'm a fully qualified teacher!) so have been tied up with that... Looks like thunder tonight!! great!! Lizzi xxx 973359[/snapback] I was merely displaying an awareness or delicate perception of Nick as a character. Plus if you had to do a character study of the character of Nicolas Stokes emo would so go in there. But maybe called something else. Wistful Melancholy perhaps. Even though wistful and melancholy mean the same thing... sorta. You can't deny a character trait from discussions! And anyway, neither myself or any one else were saying anything derogatory towards either Nick or George. Harmless discussion about the development of Nick Stokes as a character. P.S. - I did say that Nick's was a different kind of emo. Because unless you've been asleep for the past few years, any one would know he's had good reason to be emotional. dogstar
Nicky Stokes is absolutely emo, in my opinion. People assume it's a bad thing, when it's pretty much just extremely annoying in some instances. I think he's adorable and very handsome, smart and kind etc.. but also emo. :) He's an emotional person *emo*, like when he had that gun shoved in his face in the early seasons, he cried after. Now of course -I- would bawl like a baby and probably wet myself if that happened to me, but I don't believe when Grissom was faced with anything like that -he- cried. So Grissom would not be emo. Though I suppose that's a pretty extreme comparison since Gil is like a freakin' robot at times. In conclusion, Nick is emo. The end.
Smaug
*snorts out cola* Can Gil cry? That is the question. Though I never want to find out!!!!!111!!one!! /OT
Evie_Nitram
Okay... well if you just mean it as if he's Emotional, then that's passible... In my opinion the title Emo is not exactly a flattering one... I probably over-reacted (again!!) Just ignore me, it's been a bad week... And I've missed the last 2 week's CSI because I've been so busy with my placement... I'm not impressed... having withdrawal symtoms!! Taking my videos home this weekend to watch them!! Sorry again. Lizzi xx
