Batch Numbers not showing on ticket print out

Message for Showmasters

Just  so you are aware Diamond Passes - Specifically Boreanaz and Grint (There may be others) are  not showing photo shoot batch numbers on the tickets.

If memory serves correctly, you don’t need batch numbers for Diamond Passes.

Diamond Pass holders will get priority over Gold Pass and standard photoshoot ticket holders.

Was just going to ask the same question as they are not showing on my standard shoot tickets. Is it a free for all now?

Unfortunatly, you are partially right. They do get priority over gold and standard photoshoots, but they are called in batches as well

Must be something new (or overlooked or forgotten by myself) as I’ve not purchased a Diamond Pass since 2018.

I think the early ones wernt, but they started putting batches on, and making them day specific the last few years or so

I e-mailed them about no batch numbers on tickets they said ticketmaster was having problems putting them on didn't say what they were going to do about it.
