FreeSaiyan
Featuring Ivy Doomkitty who shall be attending LFCC in a UK-first, Animeleague Cosplay are pleased to announce our biggest and best ever lineup of Cosplay Stars for this year! Ivy Doomkitty Ivy Doomkitty is an International Costume Designer/Cosplayer, Host, Artist, Gamer, and Figure Model for comic book artist/writer, Frank Cho, based in Los Angeles. Ivy had been attending conventions for many years, before deciding to take the plunge by showing her fandom through cosplay. She now uses this new found passion to create her own costumes and use them to bring to life her favorite characters from gaming and comics as well as creating a positive impact in the cosplay community. She strives to show others in the community that you can do something you love, regardless of gender, skin color, sexual orientation, body shape/size, etc. Ivy was recently the Featured Cosplayer on the Premier Episode of the webseries, "Cospladies", a short documentary on the trials, tribulations, and love of cosplay. Ivy is also a member of the West Coast Avengers/Avengers Initiative, taking part in charity events in Southern California. Ivy heavily promotes the art of Cosplay at every convention that she is a guest at, including participating in panels, judging the costume contest, and meeting many fans that are interested in starting in the craft. In the past, she has interviewed some incredible talent, including Stan Lee, Lou Ferrigno, Arthur Suydam, Michael Golden, and more. She has also written comic book reviews, in addition to presenting and hosting costume contests. FB Page - http://www.facebook.com/ivydoomkittyivy StaceyRebecca Stacey Rebecca is an alternative model and cosplayer from London, England - best known for her viral Mary Jane cosplay. Part of the Sexy Cosplay Girls team, she helps to scout locations, lend a hand on shoots and interview the very best cosplay models, as well as modelling for the site herself. Stacey has recently started her international convention adventure and has been a guest and masquerade judge at several UK conventions this year. In her spare time Stacey likes to study mathematics, play Xbox, eat sweet chewy things and play with power tools. FB - https://www.facebook.com/StaceyRebeccaAltModel Kelly Jean Hi, my name is Kelly Jean and this will be my second time attending LFCC as a guest. You may vaguely recognise me as the Lilith in the Rexon Borderlands video (my band!) or the latest Sneaky Zebra video I helped organise. I'll be holding an updated panel on 'cosplay for beginners', since I've ran a lot of workshops for kids and teenagers on how to get into the hobby (including for the Barbican museum, Bexley Gov. for their Anime and Manga society, GEEK and several comic stores). I'll also be judging the masquerade sometime on the weekend (I've judged for the Japanese arts festival, GEEK, HYPER JAPAN and a bunch I'm probably forgetting!). I'll be hanging around the Cosplay Zone so please feel free to come on by and chat to me about Cosplay. FB - https://www.facebook.com/kellyjeanartist Tabitha ArtyFakes Tabitha lyons has been in the prop industry for nearly 15 years. Even though she is quite new to the Cosplay scene she's has been dressing up for LARP since she was 8. Tabitha works full time in the family business at Artyfakes Action Props which started in 2007 Artyfakes specialises in Foam and Latex for film, TV, theatre, gaming and much more! FB Page - https://www.facebook.com/TabithaArtyfakes Laura Sindall Laura is a London based cosplayer who has been creating costumes for 8 years. During this time she has cosplayed in several different countries around the world including Japan where she represented the UK for the first time at the World Cosplay Summit in 2012, and will be representing her country again at the European Cosplay Gathering in Paris 2014. Laura works as a full time Special Effects artist for Artem, working on exciting films, tv, events and commercials including Prometheus, the London Olympic ceremonies and the official Halo and Titanfall suits for the launch of the games. She has also created several other costumes within the video games industry including Sony, Namco, TecmoKoei, Nintendo, and 2K. Her passion for costume and props has become an integral part of her life, through her work and hobbies. FB - https://www.facebook.com/lsindall Lady Noctis I’m just another dreamer running around in a cape playing superheroes… ok, truth. I’m an aspiring illustrator and model who also likes to play dress up; or as I like to say "I am latex clad superhero". Most people do tend to know me for being the cosplayer all covered in latex. So here is a little bit more about me... I am a penchant for comic books sci-fi, gaming, and have a "small" obsession with a character known as Harley Quinn (though most people knew that already). FB - https://www.facebook.com/LadyNoctisOfficial Ben Hunt Benjamin Hunt [Enja Cosplay] is a London based cosplayer and all round geek. In 2011 he represented the UK in the first Season of the European Cosplay Gathering in Paris, getting dropped right in the deep end of competitive cosplay! Since then he's represented the UK in Eurocosplay and ECG Season 4 as well as winning the final of Cosplay World Masters. He also puts his competition experience to good use in running new events in the UK. FB - https://www.facebook.com/EnjaCosplay Chiquitita Chiquitita is a spanish cosplayer based in London with a passion for sewing, designing and all forms of costume. She has been cosplaying at conventions for 5 years whilst studying fashion and design for stage and screen. She has a keen interest in period costume, millinery and corsetry and loves to apply these skills to her cosplays. FB Page @ http://www.facebook.com/ChiquititaCosplay DizzieDee Welsh based DizzieDee loves to cosplay and is always trying to improve herself and her crafts. She has a degree in mobile, web and games design. She loves to photograph other cosplayers at events, and you can check her photos out at valliescosplay.deviantart.com Dizzie makes all her own props and also loves putting together cosplay groups and working with the local community. FB Page - http://www.facebook.com/DizzieDeeCosplay Emma Langley Soryu I'm a UK based cosplayer who's been cosplaying for 5 years going to many events. I love cosplaying from my favorite Anime and TV series. I'm widely known for cosplaying Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion, she's one of my favorite characters so I've cosplayed a lot of her outfits! It's an honor to be chosen as a guest at London Film and Comic Con and I can't wait to meet you all there! FB Page - https://www.facebook.com/EmmaLangleySoryu Kyokyo Cosplays Kyokyo, a recent arrival, has made a dramatic entrance onto the cosplay scene. Using her love of Disney, anime and gaming as her inspiration, Kyokyo's cosplay wish list will enable her to bring many more of her well loved characters to life. Being told that she was "officially too tall" to be a meet and greet princess, Kyokyo used her crafting skills to make one of her dreams come true by becoming Disney characters at conventions. Kyokyo's a friendly individual who loves to meet new people and is excited to attend and be a part of London Film & Comic Con.
