Wrong Photo Ticket Sent

Hello, received my photo tickets yesterday, however one of them is for the wrong guest. I went ahead and sent an email to info@collectormania.com , just waiting on a reply. Would there be an issue where the guest I originally booked for could be sold out? Or could I get this recitifed on the Friday by taking my order print out and getting a photo ticket then?
