Hi Kirstie,

 

I know you are away but you said you may have 'net access.

 

I have purchased two gold passes but had a problem as my brother's wife had a death in the family and may not have been able to make it.

 

I phoned Showmasters and explained and they said to email you which I did do.

 

After all this my brother can now make it so I have emailed you (and am posting here as a precaution) just to say ignore my message about cancelling the gold pass (even though it may not have been possible)

Hmm she's not been active since 2nd July, so it seems like she hasn't been on at all yet. So at least we know she's not missed it .. just not been here :unsure:

 

 

Thanks for that DB hopefully she will see it after all this fuss! Its the one time I hope SM stick to their No Refund policy!
