Jonas Brothers Interested to Write Songs for 'New Moon'

 

Jonas Brothers shared their interest to craft new songs for Chris Weitz's upcoming movie "New Moon", which stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. During an interview with MTV, they hinted their willingness to make music for the "Twilight" sequel if people from the movie ask them to do the job.

 

Of that matter, Nick Jonas stated, "The movie ['Twilight'] was obviously a huge success, and if they asked us to be a part of [the sequel], that would be great." Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas emphasized Nick's statement noting, "That would be really cool."

Though considering landing their music in "New Moon" as interesting, the musical trio admitted they actually haven't seen the first Stephenie Meyer's vampire franchise. Claiming their tight schedule had prevented them from watching the movie, Nick explained, "We're looking forward to seeing it, [but] we've been a little busy, so it's kinda hard to get the movies, but we'll see it."

Is that a bandwagon I see the Jonai on?

 

I can only think of two worse things for the soundtrack - James Blunt and Coldplay.

I like coldplay but I think there are only a few good songs that could be used for new moon. Anything disney in new moon would just ruin it.

knights of cydonia by muse is perfect! i can really imagine it playing during the scene in volterra where bella's running across the crowded square, the part of the song before the singing starts i mean. i don't know if someone has already said this but i couldn't be bothered to check >< and the lyrics relate to edwards pov aswell!

i think it fits the scene perfectly, me and my friend, could just envision what the scene could be whilst listening, strange as that sounds its true
