No, all crew should have received a questionnaire type email from Showmasters asking when they are able to crew over the weekend of the show. If you didn't get one, that means your email address probably didn't like the fact that it was a "bulk" email - Hotmail and AOL users are notorious for this. Usually someone posts that the application emails have gone out, which in turn then allows people like you who didn't get one, to say so, and one can be forwarded. There was a slight glitch in our computer systems over Xmas and if you submitted your application to crew at GMEX between 20th December and 4th January inclusive, could you send it in again to crew@showmastersonline.com We have had a few emails from people who said they have not received the original email, so if you haven't please let us know ASAP and we will get one out to you.
