We will ensure that you are finished at the end of the day in time to make it across to the talk:D Therefore, if you want to see the talk, AND you intend to crew, then still buy a ticket for the talk and you WILL be able to see it. I'm sure they take email order's into account! they are so busy when tickets go on sale, maybe they just read the emails but don't reply til they get time!
