I was lucky to get her autograph on Friday but did not know about her non showing on Sunday until I got to photo booth E and found her name had been crossed out. Went around the corner to the Organizers Booth by the Super Stage & they did not know anything about it.

Can anyone from Showmasters please let me know why Photo tickets sold on the day (Friday) were getting priority entry to Photo ops before E-Tickets sold several months in advance? I know that this was happening as I was told by a crew member and they said that they could not tell the two tickets (old style/sold on the day) apart.

They shouldn't have been, and I saw each photo area had a board saying Diamond > Gold > old paper > non batch e-ticket > batch e-ticket. At first glance, I couldn't see how old paper were distinguished from on the day (OTD) tickets. But I think the number on the tear off stub is highlighted orange. That way crew would be able to tell - IF they knew this (and if I'm right). Crew - please go back to the old way of calling a group, then the next group, then the next - and if someone from group 1 arrives late, they go at the END. Too much effort was wasted today trying to slot late people from earlier call outs into their correct places. I arrived midway through a shoot with an old paper ticket. Before, I'd have joined the end of the queue. Today, I was brought forward and slotted in at the back of the old paper ticket group. It felt like queue jumping, even though it was authorised and I checked with the crew who confirmed they were doing it that way because they'd been told to! I was in a queue in the zoo sorry 'Photo A' and the chap from showmasters held up an old style paper ticket and shouted out 'If any one has one of these style tickets come to the front'. So this would include tickets sold that day thus getting in before E-Ticket holders.

Can anyone tell me why Photo Tickets sold today (Old Style so I was told by a crew member) were given priority over E-Ticket Holders who bought their tickets several months ago? (told to me by the same crew member). Also did anyone actually buy a normal size can of Pepsi for £2.30?

Sorry but Level 3 is not on the same floor as Level 1. It is 2 floors above but it was not open today, it will be open on Saturday & Sunday. Level 2 was Games and Books and was very quiet.

Heads up everyone. The Circle Line is not running between Edgware Road & Aldgate (via Victoria). The District Line is not running between Embankment & Earl's Court. If you are using the Underground your best bet is the Piccadilly Line to Earl's Court, then the shuttle to Olympia. Check out the TFL website for more details.

As Katy Manning photo op tickets did not go on sale on the online store why were they not on sale at the Friday Night Preview? I was told that they should have them tomorrow. Problem, I am working tomorrow so I can't get to Earls Court. Is it possible to have one reserved for me to pick up on Sunday? Thanks.

Hello. On Jan 31st there was a post saying that Peter Mayhew will not be attending Collectormania but will be going to the LFCC and all photoshot tickets will be valid if you do not want a refund. I have not requested a refund (I still have my ticket in front of me as I type this), looking at my bank statement it looks like it was refunded near the end of may. What I want to know is can I still use my Collectormania Photo Shoot ticket or will I have to order a new one? (~I think I know the answer to this (Yes I will need to buy a new one) but I would like to check first. Thanks.

There is a Muckdonolds & KFC just outside the main entrance, they are are a lot cheaper than the food places inside.
