west brompton station is the stop after earls court station and is opposite ealrs court, from WBS its just one stop on the overground thats what ill be doing next year. my hotel will be in the earls court area just need the money now to sort that part out.

Is the gold pass always this price or does t change depeding which guests are going to be there and how much their agents want? If it was somewhere between £80-£130 I might of got one.

I saw him but he didn't have any sort of ID to who he was. I was looking around for a business card or a sign but saw nothing. I never got to ask because he was painting a Predator and there was a bit of a crowd around the table and forgot to go back later on.

I've encountered the same problem and was really stunned too. Next year's show is the 6 to the 8th July ? The olympics isn't on til the end of July. I can see rooms free on Premier Inn site.And I believe it will be held at the Olympia and NOT Earls Court? Hotels across London will no doubt all be busy for the Olympics. That said, it doesn't start until 27th (OK, the footie starts on the 25th), so I can'y see the hoardes of tourists, journos, broadcasters etc arriving before the middle of the month. Might it be that some hotels you can't book more than a year in advance - if they work on a "week" basis rather than exact days, it may just be that this weekend next year isn't on their booking availability yet. Give it a couple of days for their websites to tick over and it may not look quite so desperate. I was going to say that about the hotels booking scheme, ive seen hotels in the past who do it month for month, say if you want to book in june a year later and it june now youve got to wait until it is the following month then it becomes available. Just wait until the end of July and then have a check.

I noticed this, too, with Natalia Tena. I was hoping for a photo with her yesterday morning (it was about 10:15 when I went up) but when I got to the table there was a sign laid there saying "no photos", so I put the camera away and didn't dare approach the subject. Since then I've read that a few people got photos with her, so I'm wondering when on earth they managed it lol. I got five autos yesterday and got to get posed photos with four of the people, two of them I thought would have the sign up (Joel Gretsch and Lea Thompson) but I was surprised to see that they didn't. Robert Knepper had the sign so I didnt ask I just took a pic of him holding the picture I gave him to sign. I got two pictures with Robert Rankin which was both wierd and cool because I only asked could I take a picture of him and he asked his wife to take the photo of both of us and she took two because she said he looked a bit startled on one of them. Ive been to cons in the past where you cant even take a pic as they're signing.

it was my first time so I dont have anything to really moan about but I think the space wasn't used well. Obviously the hall is bigger than what was shown on the map so why not use it. I was stood in Camille Coduri's queue and everyone just wanted to walk through it instead of walking in the big gap behind the queue. Maybe everything from the signing area could be moved back more or have the signing tables running down the walls on either side of the hall. I walked past the Harry Potter props twice before I noticed that they were there and didnt even notice the deloren until late on (but I wasn't really looking for that) I didn't get an auto off Lisa Marie but I did see her doing the posed photo but that person was the only one in her queue at the time.

Will a friday night preview night be added to this as the one at LFCC, or are these dates now set in stone? Cheers

I like your thinking, we must be like the only X-Files fans here! It won't be someone from the X Files. I'm an X fan and was over the moon when they got William B Davis last year BUT Mitch Pileggi isn't a first time UK signer he did somethig 2 years ago and Gillian won't sign anything to do with the X Files anymore as she says she's moved on from it and David has been quoted as saying he doesn't do conventions as he doesn't believe in making the fans pay... Sorry to crush anyones hopes but i've been waiting for people since 2003 and only ever 3 X File guests have been over. I'll just sit back and await the announcement now. Mark Sheppard is X-Files, granted it was only one episode.
