The on-line shop for an event usually closes about a week before. But if the ticket are not sold out you can buy them at the event it's self if you need to. Ah ok thats cool. Thanks!

When will people be able to buy ticket up to if it doesn't sell out before that time?

This was soooo exciting. Then I saw how much it would cost to both go and find somewhere near to stay. Realllly want to go, but don't know what to do. Anyone got knowledge of the area and know of anywhere cheaper to stay nearby, even campsites or the like?

Wow some really great costumes, mine seems a little bit rubbish in comparison but I had fun when I wore it before so think I am going to be coming again as Galadrial (LOTR). I think I will try and think of/make a different costume for whatever the next event I can get to is (don't have time before this one as only realised that I could actually make it to this a week ago ) but not sure what to do, will have to give it lots of thought.

I met Dominic later on in the day, and he had stopped doing personalisations which was a little dissapointing, surely it doesn't take much longer to write a name? But he did talk very briefly to me whilst signing so was still good. Hopefully will see him again somewhen in future so I can go to the photo shoot thattime instead.

I have a Luna costume for tomorow complete with (not very good attempt at a) butterbeer cork neclace and wooly hat like Luna has in OOTP film lol. I really like it so although I was tempted to wear my gorgeous LOTR dress again I am meeting more HP guests and haven't worn this costume to a SM event yet. Anyone else going in costume tomorow? I know most cosplay events and most costumers tend to go on Saturday but hope there will be a few Sunday as well so I don't feel silly as will just be my my lonesome not as part fo a group or with a friend in costume.

O.k, so didn't want to start yet another similar topic so thought I'd ask my simimlar question in this one. If I was to arrive at about 11.15, with a pre-booked ticket, would I still get in in time, to get a VT for Dominic and 2 Harry Potter talk tickets?

I went to the Lavender casting today, arrived just after 9, left jusr after 4. They didn't ask anyone in my group to stay but they took our photos and numbers so I think they are ringing people as well though don't have high hopes lol. One person told us there were 7000 people another told us 11,000!!!

The audition is actually this Sunday the 1st July :)

Yes x 10 I have half a Jack Sparrow costume atm that just needs a little bit more things, I was thinking of doing an Elizabeth one but she doesn't have one main recognisable outfit so thought I'd go with Jack.

I have only been in costume once before - in a LOTR dress which was kind of a cross between Galadriel and Eowyns dresses. At C10 I planned to be as Luna Lovegood (HP) which is what I plan to wear one day at GMeX maybe wearing my other on one day too. I have also got a work in progress Jack Sparrow which I would love to wera somewhen as I love the hat

I wanted to wear mine but the lack of people in costumes and the amount of people walking around put me off cos I'm shy I plan to, to G-mex if I go and did at LFCC

As I am now hopefully going to G-Mex, I may well be coming as Luna on one of the days. I wanted to wear my LOTR dress one day too though so don't know which day. Would be cool to hang out with any other HP costumers.

I wans't sure what to put as it seemed a good enough event in terms of organisationb but there weren't any guests that I really wanted to meet so it wasn't as enjoyable for me personally as previous events. I also missed not having talks to go to. Looking forward hopefully getting to C-GMEX though as there are guests I wish to meet and hopefully there will be talks :)

I just wondered if anyone could tell me whether most of the shops in the centre will be open tomororw and also I'm sure I read somewhere about people going Ice Skating in MK but I'm not sure where. The reason as these things is that I am thinking of going tomorow but as it is a hour and a half journey and I've yet to decided if I'll get anyone autograph but I do still want to come but would need something else to be able to do in the area. I just can't decided whether it is worth coming, if it was nearer I'd be there prob without question but because it isn't I'm not sure. Also btw is anyone going to be in hogwarts robes and willing to let me tag along if I do come so I don't feel quite so silly being there with no particular reason lol. Also I'd love to get to chat to the Lost and LOTR guys without getting an auto (can't afford to get any more than 1 really as want to save up to go to GMEX) so if anyone was willing to let me tag along with them when they got the autos. I know this is prob a long shot asking but thought I might aswell. ps. I've asked a qu. in costumes thread in that area if anyone can help me with that, that'd be great. :)

HELP! I bought a ravenclaw badge from someone at LFCC and it has a hard plastic back and my mum was just about to sew it on before realising that wasn't going to work lol and I wanted this robe to wear tomorow but we're not sure how it is supposed to be attached, that's presuming it is atall. Does anyone know? Thanks
