If the payment has gone from your bank account and you still haven't got the tickets by the time the event is here I think you have to take your bank statement and your order number from the email you were sent after the transaction to the organisers booth when you get there. Last time they had a list of all those ppl that had had payments withdrawn. It does say on that email that it isn't a confirmation as such, just a notification of your order number. Best to check your bank account or card account to be absolutely sure of confirmation.

I booked my tickets quite early but the money only weny out last week, so Im just expecting mine any day. Maybe your email address was entered wrongly or something. Give it a go. If you do, at least you know you have a much better chance of getting the ticket than queuing up on the day for one. The tickets at the online shop are only be sold until Tuesday I believe, and I may be wrong, but I read somewhere that some were being kept back to sell at the actual show. Someone please correct me if I am wrong...

@ Katey - Yeah, that should be ok. If they don't have them you can't put them in! The system should be able to recognise what type of card you have by the card number, and what information it needs. Now you have just 16 days to go before you have a photo with Mr Elijah Wood!

Yeah, I think somewhere else it is referred to as a confirmation number, but its the order number. I don't think that there will be any problems with us getting our tickets. For one thing, its bad PR for SM! I think that they are just putting us on our guard just in case something goes wrong, but I reckon it will be fine!

@ Poppy - The money never leaves the account straight away. I think that SM gather all the info first, then process the actual transactions. For example, the money for the entrance tickets I ordered has only just come out even though I booked them a coupla weeks ago. Don't panic yet. The tickets are sent out a week before, so there is plenty of time for the money to come out.

I had a panic when my connection went down when I went to press checkout! Still managed to get one though!

@ geweena - They accept credit AND debit cards, cos I always pay by debit card. @ katey - Im sure it will be fine. SM will want the money, so just keep an eye on your account in the next few days. If you do have any problems, take you email to the SM table at the event and speak to someone there, or post a question to Too Tall in FAQ.
