Get-well-wishes sent in name of the Belgian Star Wars fans!

Did just that, but only came up with a TV Episode in 1970 of 'The Wednesday Play'. That's it!

I was very lucky with my AOTC poster. It was a gift from 20th Century Fox (in Germany) with the autographs of Lucas, Portman, Christensen and Jackson already on them. It was a promotional item which I obtained because I arranged for a charity thing in Hamburg at the time. I even still have the box and tube it was originally shipped in with the Skywalker Ranch address on it :-)

And even the IMDB have Cy Town listed as a Stormtrooper... So don't believe everything your read on there either!

By the way, there is no IMDB listing for Ronald Conrad... Pity. Do you know if he was in Return of the Jedi as well? I seem to remember his face from several scenes in that movie too.

I've seen some personal photos of Arve Juritzen during the filming of Empire. Most of them were volunteers for the Drammen Red Cross (near Bergen). They shot in Finse (Norway) during very low temperatures! I'm planning to go there myself next year :-)

Last I heard he moved to Los Angeles in 2000...

Hi Aitch, When I look him up on the IMDB, I see numerous 007 credits and a few movies like Superman and Eagle has Landed, but not Star Wars. I would really like to find out if he worked on Star Wars before I have him sign my multi-signed poster...

Good choice for several reasons: good colors - can be signed in gold and/or silver and will look great - many dark places to be signed - simply a very nice looking image!

Me too. I did a private signing with Bernard in 2003. He was a lovely man. He'll be missed. (for those who do not know, Bernard was President of Kenner Toys when they got the first SW license. He was the inventor of the Early Bird Certificate).

Brian is indeed a great guest. Have met him twice and he's just adorable. And he does love to do these conventions. Stephen Speirs is a funny bloke and I love working with him. I'm sure SM can get him. If they can't, I'd be more than willing to help out!

I have been in touch with Mr Oz and his agent in the US and the UK for several years trying to get Frank to attend a film festival and convention in Europe (Germany, Holland and Belgium) and have been turned down each time. He wouldn't even participate in a private signing. Don't hold your breath. But if anyone can make this happen, I'm sure it's SM. Go for it! I would love to finally meet the man!

True enough. But do you honestly think it looks good? If they at least had the Drew Struzan art on the right hand side as well... and even then only maybe. But it was a good find!

That's not a poster. It's only 16x20 inch (that's only double the size of a regular 8x10 photo). It's a print with hardly enough place for 10 signatures. Not really an alternative, is it?

I agree, although more Hoth Troopers would be up my alley as well, but that's for personal reasons. I'm going location hunting in Norway next year
