Hey there Koroshiya1 From past years I've been, Tokyotoys seem to be the main anime attraction there with their abundance of otaku merc from PVC figures to accessories. I believe Tokyopop have also been there for a few years. What I'm intrigued about are the banners on the LFCC site, Showmasters seem to be making an effort to bring more anime/manga related activities. Hopefully they'll be more this year, fingers crossed.

From what I remember, there are quite a few sci-fi cosplayers who went to last years one. From memory there's been Lara Crofts, Stormtroppers, White Power Ranger Tommy, Batman etc etc In terms on anime cosplayers, not a lot compared to other recent cons, but I think LFCC seem to be making a much bigger effort this year to push anime and manga, which is good! Make sure you get your camera charged and SD cards at the ready, hehehe

Hahaha, no stalking, just "happened" to be at the same stall at the same time. I like Terry Dodson's art also and only just managed to track down the first three issues of Spider-Man/Black Cat. Really digging the first issue of new "Wonder Woman". So my first sketch from a pro artist was your first rendition of Ms Marvel, huh? I guess there really is a first for everything! Ms Marvel only came back recently to comics with her own book and her main objective has always been to be the best superhero there ever is. You gotta love her spirit . If you know Rogue from the X-Men and how she has super strength and can fly, those were taken from Ms Marvel back in the day and were somehow made permanent. I vaguely remember that seen but I haven't seen Serenity for so long. I can see why Andie was laughing so much with you, asking him to sketch Nathan dressed as a woman

I saw Andie in the process of doing that sketch when I went to collect my Ms Marvel one, really awesome Gambit. Thats a nice Elektra as well, I really like the face and her trademark Sai. When does that version of Mal appear in? Its been a while since I saw Firefly/Serenity. Nice sketch though. Heres a close-up of my favourite item of the convention. If I see Andie at another con, I'd probably ask to either get a full body of Ms. Marvel or a head/chest of Wonder Woman:

I did, they were actually situated next to the talk area than with the other signings. Didn't get a chance to take a photo but they were there. Check the photos thread, theres a photo in there.

White Ranger Tommy! I didn't see him but man the costume looks exactly like it did on TV. I really liked the guy wearing the Batman Begins costume. I only saw him at the very start of the morning and I just missed him so I don't have a photo. The Lara Crofts were cool as well.

Yeah I got one. At first I thought it was plastic because it didn't feel that dense but then I realised it was some sort of metal. It looks nice and maybe its a start of a collection of POTC2 coin collection and this one's a promo. Did any Sunday attendies get one?

Just wanted to bump this thread and give Andie another big thank you for attending the LFCC this year, he seemed fairly busy but still took the time to have a good chat and enjoy the show (saw you with your Spider-Man/Black Cat Hardcover, man, hahaha) I'm still in awe about how cool my Ms. Marvel sketch turned out. I'm definately gonna keep it safe in some portfolio where it can go with the start of my "MS. MARVEL by Professional Artists" collection. Yeah I saw that on the Diamond shipping list. Man am I behind, I'm only on #3 of Fathom. I guess I can look out for those on Saturday then.
