We had a similar thing for MJF and it got through fine. Can't see Christopher being any different. If it's a physical ticket you'll have to send that one back though. Thanks QS, I'd have no problem sending it back. I did e mail for advice but I understand they are swamped. I guess it would be a similar thing to this.... Buy the diamond, inform the sales team and then return the ticket for the refund? Thanks agsin

SM/ Jason I already have a Christopher Lloyd clock face photo that I bought months ago while still on paper tickets. I was wondering if I purchased a Lloyd Diamond now can I get a refund on the original photo ticket I bought as it is included in the diamond and don't want/need two? Thanks

We've always been let in about 10 mins or so early as gold pass holders which is normally suitable and should still be fine in this situation hopefully. While it may not be ideal for Golds to get VQs (mostly in my case because I'm totally out of practice lol) but at least it's potentially only 4 guests or so. Panic need not ensue.....

Hi QS.... Or any mod who may know... I already have bought a Christopher Lloyd with the clock face photo way back while still on the older paper ticket system. I am considering upgrading to his diamond pass? Is it possible to do this and have the original ticket I bought refunded as I don't need or want two pics with the clock face? Could I send the ticket back for a refund if I purchased a diamond pass? Wasn't sure whether it was best to ask here or to open a new topic thread. Thanks

Thanks QS...appreciate it. Most are hopeful that Golds don't need to get VQs or wait in line at the photoshoots as many of us are totally out of practice when it comes to that lol

At MK I was given 2 £10 autograph vouchers to use as I wished and a £5 one which was supposed to be for a free prop shoot. Was then asked to choose 2 £10 photoshoots, not much to choose from so had what there was. I was then given the 2 relevant photoshoot tickets. This all took place at the organsiers booth/desk when collecting the Gold Pass wristband and goody bag.

Thanks etmuse... I did assume this was the case but wasn't entirely sure. Had someone ask me so said I would look into it. I read it as say MJ fox decided to do an 'open' signing session which we know is unlikely, it would require everyobe even Gold passers to get a VQ ticket. Thanks again

Hi, First I'll say that this has been asked and covered somewhere else then I apologise..... direct me to the link if neccessary and then lock or delete this thread lol. Anyways as a regular Gold Pass holder I just had a query for this years event. I don't have a Diamond pass for Bill Paxton or Christopher lloyd, can i still use the gold pass in the normal fashion at their autograph and photo queues. I read this in the Gold Pass info Please be aware however, that for Diamond Pass Guests you will require a VQ ticket if that guest does an open signing session. Photo Session Priority Gold Pass Holders will be given priority queuing at the photo sessions! This means you will either be called up first if you arrive at the beginning of the photo session, or will be able to join the back of a smaller queue if the photo session is being called up in batches. (This excludes any photo sessions with Diamond Pass Guests) Does that mean that refer to the Likes of Fox who are Diamond only or is it for all guests that are running a normal package as well as a Diamond package (Paxton, Weaver, Gambon etc). Same with the photoshoots.. I was under the impression that Diamonds had priority, then gold, then everyone by batch/ticket number. Just wanted to try and clarify it really so that if we do need to get VQ's for the likes of Lloyd and Paxton as Gold Pass holders I'm prepared to do so lol Again, sorry if it's been covered elsewhere. Tonight it's also decided to not recognise my debit card, maybe because it expires at the end of this month but it's still valid. Had to use my credit card instead. Not had this issue elsewhere so maybe it's just overly fussy.

It's been like it for a god few weeks on my iPad sadly and I know others had trouble using Ipad and mobile phones when trying to book Kurt Angle tickets ad had to use PC

Although I've not tried on my iPad recently it had been having this issue for a while and could only get it to work on PC. It's working on PC now so I think it may still have something to do with the mobile site?

I, like some others, couldn't wait until later on the Sunday for when these were ready so my details were taken at the desk and I was told it would be sent out.
