1. Yeah, thanks to the girl with Stan on Saturday for taking my photo with him! (albeit with my rubbishy disposable camera! )
2. I only really went to the show to keep my sister company and look after her stuff when she met guests, but I decided to get Stanislav's auto while I was there. He was nice, if a little taken aback by the group of fangirls who went before me. I asked how the day had been going so far, had it been a bit crazy? And he admitted it had been a little! But he's new to events like this, and he was polite and pleasant, added Krum to the auto when I asked, and posed for a pic. He wouldn't say what he was working on at the moment though - he said I'd have to wait and see! His hand was nice and warm - mine was frozen! An unexpected pleasure was meeting Jorge Garcia on the way back from his lunch break or something - I turned round from looking at a stall and he was walking past with his security people behind! But my mouth bypassed my brain and I said "Hey, Hurley!" and shook his hand, and he stopped and said hi and asked how I was doing before he was ushered back to his table. He was cool, and didn't seem to mind I called him Hurley D'oh!!!
3. Omg! I like the sound of that! *gets out battle armour and practices sprinting...*
4. £610?! Wow! I bought: Stan Ianevski's auto 2x old Bond mags (back from the GoldenEye days - woo!) Some Lost photos Other random photos Not too much really! I was tempted by a couple of other autos tho...
5. Hes was funny, his girlfriend/wife made a little snappy comment when my other half pronounced his name incorrectly. But Jorge just said "Ignore her, shes got a thing about getting my name correct, I don't really care." 925003 Hehe cool! Erm... how's his name pronounced then? I just thought it was like "George"?
6. I love that one of you and Stan it's so sweet! He was the only guest I got an auto from, he was cool Although he wouldn't tell me what he's working on at the moment!
7. Earlier on at one point they seemed quite popular, especially with the kids :)
8. Hiya There's a Links machine just inside the entrance on the right.
9. Well I saw Jorge Garcia walking back from his lunch break or something, and actually managed to forget his name so I grinned like an idiot and went "Hey, Hurley!" and shook his hand. But he was really nice and asked how I was doing etc D'oh!! If he thought I was nuts he didn't show it! And I directed Sala Baker and Shane Rangi to the gents' toilets! Lol As well as almost walking into the guy who played the Giant in Narnia - oops!! Over to you guys! Hope you all had a great day
10. Police Box? Tardis?!!! 908818 I like your thinking! I'm out tonight so it'll have to wait til tomorrow... suspense!! Fingers crossed for: - Any X-Files people!!! (esp. Robert Patrick? Please? See I'm being reasonable and not asking for Mr Duchovny... although I wouldn't say no... ) - Mr Josh Holloway? - Possibly Matthew Fox - although I can't see that happening. - Bond guests Spookie x
11. It'd be cool if Showmasters can get Samantha Bond, especially as that was her last time as Miss Moneypenny
12. Excellent! Now, how about Josh Holloway to keep him company? Pleeeeeeease?
13. Hiya Sorry, I wasn't sure where to put this topic... I have a big plastic figure that I'd like to get signed, but I don't know what pen would be ok... I have a blue Sharpie - do you think that'd be ok? Many thanks!
14. I've got Pierce (once on Bond photo, once in my book), and Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton (although neither on a photo, just on paper)... So I think it'd have to be Sean Connery for the auto... although I'd rather meet Mr Brosnan again
15. Premieres: Pierce Brosnan (my first auto ever! ) Roger Moore Tom Cruise (twice ) Orlando Bloom Sean Bean Ewan McGregor Billy Boyd Lennox Lewis Jada Pinkett-Smith Michael Bay Michael Mann Collectormanias, LFACC etc: James Marsters Adam Baldwin Robert Davi Lawrence Makoare We're not putting through the mail ones?
16. Yeah, they rocked! I was hoping to see the Daleks though...
17. For what it's worth... I heard about his reputation, and decided against meeting him yesterday. Yes I'd have liked to get his auto, but not £25 for it. If he'd been £15 I'd have got his auto in a flash. The way I think about it is with someone like his reputation, are you willing to pay that money purely to get a genuine autograph? That's all you can guarantee you'll be getting at the end of the day.
18. Aw, shame. Not completely suprised though. Why can't they all be like James Marsters! I think I'll just think stick to Robert Davi. Haven't decided 100% about him though... Cheers guys.
19. Hi guys. I swear I read he wasn't - but I can't find it any more... I've been offline recently so I'm outta touch a bit. Many thanks! Mel
20. Hi guys. I'm looking for some decent Doctor Who pics (current series/CE) please. I'm not having much luck - there must be some site somewhere with magazine scans or publicity shots etc? I'm trying to find some images to use in my fanart All help would be greatly appreciated Thanks very much.
21. Good question! Hmmm...... As we're supposed to put only 3, I'll go for: David Duchovny on a Mulder photo Gillian Anderson on a Scully photo Pierce Brosnan on a James Bond photo It's really hard to 'rank' them tho... love all mine!
22. Any X-Files people! Well, obviously Duchovny and Anderson aren't exactly realistic, but how about Robert Patrick and Annabeth Gish? (Doggett and Reyes)... Or Mitch Pillegi, the Lone Gunmen, Nick Lea (Krycek), William B Davis (CSM)? I would be a very happy bunny!
23. I agree. Well the item has been taken down apparently... I have never sold any autograph I have got, but I do have a couple of autographs I am thinking of selling - Michael Mann and Jada Pinkett Smith. I got them at the Collateral London premiere, I went to get Tom Cruise's and to meet him. They were kind enough to give me their autographs too. I am sure there are bigger fans out there than me, and I could use some money, so I have thought about selling them... doesn't make me evil, does it? (Tom's, however, will never *ever* be sold! :P ) --- Of course, buying auto's is a tricky business - that's up to the buyer to research it fully and only buy if they are sure. Selling fakes/scans as genuine is despicable. But I see no problem at all in selling genuine autographs for profit. How else can you get an autograph of someone you might never meet?
24. The Daleks ROCKED!!!!! *Dalek voice* "CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE"!!! lol, classic!! "Don't watch Celebrity Wrestling, it's crap! Watch Dr Who instead!" And the plunger....!
