I think Alex is right the MK talks were much better this time and that needs to continue. The main thing is that there are crew over there 1-2 hours before to make sure people know what's going on. Your right about the queuing at the talks at LFCC and G-Mex. I am going to bring this up. I think it can be easily solved by having a roped off queueing area for the talks. So that the first 80 or so people will be in a roped off area (the rest will queue up behind them as they did before). It will mean there is a more organised queue into the talk, people will have to go to the back of that roped off area to get in, and so can't push in at the front. All they can try and do is push in at number 80ish and we all know that the people at 81-85 will lynch them if they try 973878[/snapback] YES! the roping off idea is a very good one!! i think that would work very well :)

yeah i do agree that the C9 talk that i went to was somewhat more organised lets hope it continues!

at collectormania in mk it might be better to move the info desk to somewhere that isnt as busy even if its literally so that it faces the shops rather than the stalls/guests especially if the credit card thing is gonna stay cause there will more than likely be a load more people crowding round the desk! and its quite cramped there as it is! official photo shoots would be nice although i know it would be difficult in the middle of a shopping centre! hmmmm oh yeah! SORT OUT THE TALK ORGANISATION!!!!!!! ok admittedly the firefly/serenity one at C9 was somewhat more organised than past ones but i refer to gmex (yes i know this is collectormania not gmex bet hey) and C7 last year... at C7 there was ZERO organisation at the corin/dean talk. we were there an hour early and there was NO signage anywhere to say which door to queue at or anything or crew members to even ask so in the end everyone who got there after us ended up in the front rows and we were a long way back.... at gmex we had again queued for a while before the michael shanks and chris judge talk and were greeted by rude crew people (unfortuanetely i didnt get their names because if i had i would have made a very big complaint about them) who couldnt take the complaints we had after they let people who basically queue jumped go in first. however a friend did go to the info desk to complain. this is something that seriously needs to be looked at. If need be either number the tickets OR have a virtual queue system where you pick up a vq ticket for the talk that is your seat number. you could work it so that you go to the info desk show your talk ticket and get a vq ticket then upon entry to the talk both tickets need to be presented. it would only take a couple of crew members to number the seats in the talk hall. other unmentionable organisations do numbered seating and it works very well. i cant think of anything else at the moment :)
