I'd guess at even more than that if it's a real huge Hollywood A Lister, I think I recall seeing when Arnie did a private dinner and signing the tickets were upward for £1000. SM are very good at making sure we don't pay over the odds but for an A lister I'd guess more in the £400 range.

Yeah, if you want people like Ford, Stallone and Arnie, you are going to have to pay for it. If it's worth it is only a decision you can make. For some it will be, for others not.... We can't ask SM why they don't get this level of guest and then complain when they say it will be expensive.

It's been a LONG time since I've done this much at an event. Normally I'm only there for 2/3 guests so usually get there early and get done in a couple of hours and go home. It's going to be interesting that's for sure. I'll have the schedule printed and highlighted as well as well as all my tickets bundled safely.

Autographs are with the Diamond pass only so if you don't have the pass you can't get an auto but it says there will be a very limited number of photo and talk tickets available so yes, you can buy one of them without the Diamond pass if you are lucky and quick enough. Whoever it is they will sell out extreemly quickly.

If the set and furniture is still being used for filming (ie, it's not old pieces not being used any more) I imagine they would rather us not sit on stuff to prevent items from being damaged - if they are pieces that aren't easily replaceable they wouldn't want them ruined for future episodes. As much as I wuld like my 'You and BC on 221 set' to be seated on the sofa it's probably going to be standing at the front as well as firstly it's quicker getting everyone through and secondly, less chance of damage.

Usually at LFCC and the Collectormania's there are a lot of vendors stalls selling a wide variety of items - there are auto stalls, photo's, clothing, toys, dvd's, art work, american sweets ect. I'm not sure what they will be selling at this one as it is Sherlock specific. Usually at the conventions you only get a few stalls as you only have a couple of hundred attendees, but as Sherlocked is more like LFCC in structure and presumably we are expecting hundreds if not thousands of fans I'm hoping there will be the usual LFCC range of stalls.

Because I'm excited about finally going to Sherlocked and a little nervous about meeting the group of people I've admired for a long time and don't want to make a prat of myself in front of them Yes I've been to tons of events since my first in 1994 but I still get a little nervous when I meet the people I'm most excited about.

God, I'm going to start getting nervous soon.

Benedict's auto was never available at £45, only his photo and nothing has been removed or changed, nor where his autos EVER advertised as available at the event - Yes you have gotten it confused unfortunately, you appear to have mixed up the information that was advertised for the photo's. Nothing has changed, prices are what they have always have been stated as from the beginning. There hasn't been any miscommunication or changes. Everything has always been advertised as available for purchase at the show UNLESS they had sold out before hand which his photo's now have.

I wouldn't be able to come as I can't get the day off work but whenever you all get to do it I hope you have a wonderful time and get to see lots of the locations and have a fantastic time.

Being relatively 'local' at least I don't have to worry about directions as I've been to Excel a few times before. I know it's silly to worry but I do have a slight niggle about there being so much going on and tickets booked that I can see the schedule being a bit of a complicated challenge and a bit like

Not sure what you mean to be honest as the ticket options haven't changed since they were released, when the terms were also announced and other than Benedict's auto's everyone has had more or less the same chance at reasonable prices as everyone else to get photo tickets, what ever entry package you have. Yes photo's with Benedict have now all sold out other than the group picture but they were available for purchase to all ticket holders at the same time, it's not like they all sold in the first five minutes. I'm not sure what you mean about not being able to pre order because you haven't spent enough, can you elaborate? As far as I am aware, the pre order autographs are available to everyone at the price stated, I don't recall any statement of a minimum spend. Benedict is not available via pre order but it was known since they first released the ticket details that his auto's were only going to be available to VIP and Platinum ticket holders - this is because he can only attend one day so the decision was made to go for more photo shoots as they are quicker which would allow more people to meet him. As to if it is worth it it depends on what your aim is. If you are not interested in the talks or photos or auto's with any of the other brilliant guests, and your sole focus is Benedict then I'd have to say, if you didn't avail yourself of the opportunity to buy talk or photo tickets when they were available then, no it may not be 'worth' it. Even if you have missed out on all the Benedict tickets, there is still going to be so much else to do there.

Admittedly it's not going to be much help until we get times ect but at least I'll have a rough idea. Actually I think my flat is going to end up looking like this going through the planning......

I've just started printing up all my documentation and the emails Sherlocked have sent about schedules ect as I've got a bit lost as to what I've booked and what is happening when.

Sorry QS, I think I'm getting mixed up over the phrasing. Lead guests in package order, or join the back of the queue if going through after your number has been called - that's clear. Regular guests- that's the bit that confused me as you said they may go in package order if busy, which implies to me they will be using the open queue system, but you only mentioned Gold joining the back of the queue. So will it be that for the regular guests all packages can just join the back of the queue?

Just an FYI, the eventbrite page has been cleared up and all the sold out tickets removed. The only BC stuff still available is the group shoot and talk.

I haven't actually seen Game yet. I've read all the books and have season 1 & 2 on DVD but just haven't gotten around to watching them yet. I agree, Sherlock rules through and through.

Also done. It'll probably be tight between Game and Sherlock.

There's no problem checking what may happen, as you say at least you know. I think the issue is that unfortunately threads like these can become alarmist is posters aren't careful. There's no point stressing about things that may or may not happen. Re refunds, your package ticket will only ever be refunded if the event itself is cancelled. Re add ons you may have purchased additionally outside of what is included in your package, if they are guest specific you will be refunded. Say Ben did cancel, if you had bought a 'Ben and You on 221 set' photo shoot, you would be refunded. You wouldn't be refunded for a group talk/picture if one of the listed people pulled out for the same above reasons. The talk/shoot would still go ahead with the other guests so you wouldn't get your money back. The only situation I'm unsure about would be if you would get a partial refund for group events, but I don't think you would.
