    truest statement ever.
  2. Yup. Correctomundo. Your go....
  3. In "Friday the 13th Part 3", what magazine does Debbie read, and what is the article about?
  4. the title was "The Last Road to Hell" anyway your turn to ask a question Kat...
  5. yes his guitar is right. your answer for the second is stupidly close to the right answer, do you want what it actually was?

probably a bunch of guests coz it wont let them vote.
  7. right. easy-ass wuss question : What was Kirk going to try to swap at the house for some petrol in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre? or you can answer the hardcore bonus-points respect question: What was the title of the documentary footage played about half way through Cannibal Holocaust (missing from or heavily edited in most prints)?
  8. thats a toughie, but i'll make an attempt : 1. Taxi Driver (Martin Scorsese, 1976) 2. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Tobe Hooper's Original, 1974) 3. Ghost World (Terry Zwigoff, 2000) 4. La Dolce Vita (Federico Fellini, 1960) 5. Paura nella città dei morti viventi (City of the Living Dead) (Lucio Fulci, 1980) theres a ton of other films that would be interchangeable with some of these, coz its just too damn difficult to name 5 favourates, i have about 120 DVDs as it is. Also please note lack of any LOTR or Star Wars films. Overrated and most likely wouldnt even get in my top 100.

Nice one man, that would be great. SM should totally get him back for C5!
  10. The tagline(s) for Poltergeist 3 were: He's found her. They're back... again. Guess who's back in town. Trapped in the limbo between life and death, there are only two ways out. and of course not forgetting: If you remember how the Poltergeist ghouls knocked a house flat, wait till you see what they do to a Chicago skyscraper! dunno which of those you were looking for, but it has to be one of them!

I totally want to see more horror guests! I'm getting so fed up of constant LOTR guests, and they dont make any difference to me in the slightest. all it ever seems to be is LOTR, LOTR, LOTR, LOTR, and the LOTR fans still want more!!! AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH! (rant over) seriously SM give us more horror guests. i didnt get to go to LFACC and subsequently didnt get to meet Bill Johnson which i was severely miffed about
  12. he didn't JUST present it, wasn't the title originally "John Craven's Newsround" ?
  13. yeah i agree it would be really great to get some directors, or other crewmembers involved in films rather than just the actors. Tobe Hooper, George A. Romero, Richard Linklater; they would all be great. Peter Jackson would be cool, so then i could get my copy of Bad Taste signed; easily his best film
  14. just to give those interested a heads-up, Entertainment in Video will be releasing "Leatherface : Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3" on DVD on April the 19th (same day as Kill Bill, for uber-spendage), after the film finally being passed by the BBFC. We will be getting the same release as the states, containing both the R-rated and unrated (longer) versions of the film , both fully uncut! Bargain-tacular at £15.99 from HMV.
  15. haha that was mad, i hadn't actually read any of the other posts beforehand, so i didnt realise that you had put pretty much the exact same thing!
  16. i totally agree, getting Yaphet Kotto would be awesome. His character of Kananga/Mr. Big in Live and Let Die was great, its easily my favourate bond film. Plus he was in one episode of "The Father Dowling Mysteries", absolutely classic detective show thats being shown on BBC1 at the moment
  17. interesting not actually a horror movie, which never really scare me, but when i originally saw David Lynch's "The elephant man" when i was younger, it freaked me out quite a bit. also a very very sad film, i wouldn't reccomend it for just a fun film to watch!
  18. yeah, i had read reviews from various people saying how "disturbing" and "sick" it was, but i failed to realise what they were going on about. these people have obviously never watched something like Cannibal Holocaust, or Pasolini's "Salo, o le 120 giornate de Sodoma" (not really horror but never mind), both of which are pretty messed up in comparison, but are both very good films. people who think "the blair witch project" was a really original concept or just really good should watch Cannibal Holocaust and see where the makers of blair witch stole the idea from.
  19. difficult, difficult question. however i'll make an off-the-top-of-my-head-list (in no particular order) : 1. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original) 2. The Beyond 3. City of the Living Dead 4. Cannibal Holocaust (has to be properly uncut version obviously) 5. Dawn of the Dead (original) 6. Cannibal Ferox 7. Zombie Flesh Eaters. 8. The Burning 9. Most of the Friday the 13th Series, esp the earlier ones (cheating i kno but ah well) 10. Bad Taste - f***ing classic, Peter Jackson's best imo, and yes that IS including LOTR. lots of italian horror there. worst would, with out a doubt, be the god awful "Last House on the Left", never have i been more bored/wishing i was never born, than sitting through this awful awful film. ergh just thinging about it pisses me off. so lame and boring it wasnt even funny. wes craven sucks.
  20. OK everyone, question time. Whos your favourate horror director , and why. Personally mine has to be Lucio Fulci - The godfather of gore. all of his films had such a great atmosphere to them, plus not forgetting the top notch gore effects, who could forget the famous eyeball piercing from Zombie Flesh Eaters. Shame he is so under-appreciated. So many horror "fans" dont even kno who the guy was - ah well their loss.
  21. i'll second that, David Carradine, or indeed anyone from Kill Bill, would rip!
  22. "obi-****" what the hell is your problem? this is a forum to discuss the LFCC, not slag people off who you dont even know. quit with the childish posts and leave obi-wan alone.
  23. i wasn't able to get to the LFCC due to lack of funds, so i didnt get a chance to meet Bill, which i was kind of annoyed about. Any chance we could get him again for C5?
  24. it would be great to get someone from family guy (e.g. Seth MacFarlane), its an absolutely classic show and (i know i'll probably be moaned at for saying this) i personally think its way better than the simpsons, which has gotten pretty stale now.
