Am I right in thinking that with this extra signing, there are no VQ tickets and the queue will just go right through to his desk and you leave the venue once you've met him?

When I've got Early Birds before I find that 8am is perfectly fine.

Great news! Stan really is the man! Is it just going to be the one queue going right through to see Stan of will we need to line up in separate queues depending on the ticket?

Blimey, didn't expect to see anymore guests. Met him a couple of times before but very good last minute guest. Am wondering who else could possibly be announced now.

I tend to find that LFCC weekend is almost always one of the hottest of the year. At least it feels like that to me anyhow, lol!

With gold passes, is anything usually posted out as I've not had anything yet? Or is just the printed order ok?

I think this is the best set up they could have gone with. I mean, once we have Stan Lee's VQ Ticket, how hard is it to go out of the building, get stamped and go into the other hall? Or did I miss something? Has someone said you can't which halls until all Early Birds are in or something? If that's the case, then maybe rather than handing out the Stan Lee tickets by his desk, SM could have specific Stan Lee VT queue somewhere in EC2 near the other ones once everyone is in?

Are there going to be separate queue each day for each hall?

I guess it depends if you want more or a memory of meeting the people. Photo shoots are nice as you'll have something visual as proof you met the person which some people like a lot. Having said that, it depends who you want to see really, most will be up for posing while you get your autograph at no extra cost, some will be not posed photos though. You'll normally be able to get some kind of photo these days.

Having been to loads of cons, the photo sessions are always just click and go, click and go. There's no time to talk to the person other than a quick "hello" and shake hands perhaps. Your best bet would be to ask for a hugging pose in your photo as most guest are perfectly fine with that sort of thing. If you have the nerve you could asked for a photo of her kissing (or pretending to kiss) you on the cheek.

Cool! I don't suppose we can have two Batman's to go with them can we? Namely Mr West and Mr Keaton? ;-)

I'm thinking about upgrading to a gold pass when I get paid tomorrow as there are SO many people I want to see. What should I do with the tickets I have already? Would I be able to either post them back or hand the Saturday and Sunday ones into someone at the door so they can re-sold?

Can't wait to see who it is. I never seem to guess right but obviously the likes of Harrison Ford or Mark Hamill or Samuel L Jackson would be outstanding but unlikely. Soooo, my hopes and guesses would be Gina Torres or Quentin Tarentino. I was thinking the same thing. I think the only people who would get a "Big Guest" announcement are Sarah Michelle Gellar, Alyson Hannigan and probably David Boreanaz. Maybe Seth Green.

I was thinking the same. I'm sure it'll be sorted. It's be handy when we know exactly what's in each hall. My guess would be film/tv guests and some stalls in one hall and the other one would be more comic/author related and include the likes of Stan Lee etc. That way it'd split the bigger guests in separate halls so be less busy.

Oh noooooo! I'm not having much luck with seeing him. It's the second or third time this has happened. It's good that he's getting the work though so good luck to him.

I can't wait! This is going to be the biggest and best event EVER! I think the only realistic way forward after this is to expand the amount of days and have it last maybe a week eventually :-) There's SO much to see and do as it is!

Sounds very interesting. Can't wait to see how it's all laid out. I would have though it'd be wise to split the guests up so there's some. That way it'll split the crowds and will be less busy in each hall.

Your best bet would be to take something along just in case. I'm sure he would though.

Hello everyone. I got hold is this autograph the other day via a friend of mine and have no idea who it is. Does anyone know who it's from. She was in the main concourse of the stadium..... Ahh, to be fair I didn't go all the way around. Only as far as the sports people (going right from the main desk. There was a 3rd I didn't see.

I'm just curious, where abouts was Eve Myles? Was she upstairs in the balcony part overlooking the main hall? Or in the staium somewhere? Have met her a number of times before but it's still nice to say hi now and then :-) I think I must have missed a guest area or something, lol!

WOW! Definately one of the top guests of the weekend for me.
